I receive 10 - 20 calls a day from this number.  I receive a rather long message, with beginning cut off, every time they call, and this is on my cell phone. The beginning is where you'd hear WHO is calling.  I believe the beginning is cut off intentionally, just as they don't use an 800 number when they make these calls.  In my case, it's Target, who is trying to collect money from me b/c I signed for my nephew's release when he was caught shoplifting there a couple of years ago.  They say I owe them over $200 in restitution, they say I agreed to it when I signed for his release and that I will owe them MUCH more than that if I don't pay up.  Meanwhile, my nephew's probation officer said I did NOT have to pay that.  It's absurd since my nephew was caught with a package of ball point pens he needed for school and didn't want to ask his mother, costing less than $2.00, much less, $200.  Relentless, manipulative, liars intentionally using up my cell phone minutes.

THEY CALLED FOUR TIMES IN ONE HOUR. IT RINGS 2 TIMES THEN NO ANSWER. THEY WERE LOOKING FOR THE FORMER RESIDENT OF THE ADDRESS ATTACHED WITH THE NUMBER. IF YOU CALL BACK THEY WILL REMOVE THE NUMBER FROM THE LIST.

These people are idiots..they call numerous times and there is no one there..and they leave no message.  So, touch hole, if you are reading this..drop dead or leave me a message

If you get a call from this number, they are a debt collection agency.  I received a call and they left a partial voicemail message with their toll free number.  My phone recorded the 209 number here.  I am sure this place gets bogus numbers, or numbers with numerals transposed.  They were looking for a Maria Rodriguez in this instance.  Never heard of her, and in this case, do not want to.
