Hello - I received a call from 000-000-0000 and I had a very hard time understanding their heavy India "n" accent.  They are obviously from India and at some point in my conversation with "Linda", who kept calling me "honey", "you have been approved for $3,000.00" and all I need is a $300 or $500 processing fee"... at this point, I told "Linda, I've been lying to you, I only make $200.00 a month and can not pay for these processing fees".  She yelled, "why you liar, I trusted you to make over $3,000.00 a month".  Well, guess who's calling the kettle black now....

I told Linda to not charge my account $300 or $500 and that I was cancelling my account while I was talking to her.

Since I read the posts below, I called them back and said I was instructed to go to the nearest Western Union and I needed their address in order to do so.  They said, "yes, please go there now and process $200.00 to Gary Smith".  The guy on the other end told me to call him back once I got to Western Union.

I called him back and said if they give me $6000.00, I would transfer $400.00 and "Gary Smith" agreed on the spot!! TALK ABOUT SCAM ARTIST!!!  Greedy little "....er's!"..  TAKE CARE FOLKS!!

I got the same call from 209-676-4457 he said i was approved for $3000 just western union him the $200.00 for insurance purposes...well right there is the red flag...what kind of insurance could this be??? what insurance company in there right mind would insure and what would they be covering...second red flag was the man had a very heavy accent...sounded like he may be from India, spoke very very very fast and said his name was ...get this...DAVID JONES with a India accent. I dont think so...
This is a scammmmmmm for sure and it appears as if they use area code 209 alot.

They called with .the 3000 dollar thing. Then the security deposit got me. So I told them ill call back. I immediately googled them. Im glad I did. Thanks. If its to be true it probably is!

Yes I received a call from Brock (how many scammers are there?) He offered me 3000 if i sent them 200. I told him I had to think about it and then read all of your posts. I was told to call back 209--753-4932 but now I know better. Could have used the cash, too. He was very rude when I was hesitating almost making fun of me that I was questioning him. He was also saying things like I bet you this is a scam. What a jerk or other choice words.

yes i received a call from 209-643-0391, i was supposed to speak with a mike burleson or a sam brown(155) out of california ( around the san jose area) .  He tolded me i was approved for a $3000 loan. I pushed for more information about the company.  They would not give me the address.  i am glad i read other complaints before i got really involved.  People should not be so mean, when others are really in need.  Go with your first instinct.

The date to the exact above. They called me today. They had all my information, because i must have applied online to a ligit pay day loan place, which i got through, and I do not know how these other people got my information. They ask me too, to send $200 and that I was approve for $3000. The moment they mentioned western union, and the Indian accent, i knew some thing was wrong. If they wanted to verify that I was able to pay back the loan, and the account was positive, then they would have ask permission to pull they money from the checking account. They are crooks, and we need to find these people and put them in jail. I did not send any money, but i want to play along with them, to figure who they are and trace the number.

If anyone gets a call from some dumb lady name Linda, that can't even speak English, just hang up. She will try to give you a confirmation number AN1010. She gave a number to me, and tole me to speak to a Representative for further authorization. some guy name Richard Knight who also can't speak English. I would ask him all these questions, obviously the guy knew he was caught and tried to cover up, i could totally tell these people were Indians. DON'T DO IT, it's a SCAM. These people have no life and I hope they get caught. They said they go by Cashpaydayloaninfo.com, I did research on it, it's all b***s***. The dude totally tried to tell me to go buy a moneypak and but 200.00 has activation process. B***S***!!!

Yes I haunt sent any money yet- so I am glad but, they have all my info...  I don't see how these ppl can stay in business they- they are basically making 100 bucks off of volume of ppl.

Never got that number. It was a 716- 777-4536 is the number he/she gave me explained to me that they would be my loan officer. And said, she couldn't deposit the 1800 into my acct because, it would charge them a high %age.  So I suggested, dep. Into my savings there would be no charge.  Still no.  Have to show proof of of 119$ via western union.  Then deposit would follow.  So I called back the number that was given and nothing.  Wrong number, anther company they are affiliated with is instant lending group which I had asked them numourse times for contact info and they would hang up. They have called- sol many times... and same thing. So now I am really screwed. I was really counting on this $$ and had every intention of making my 100$ per month for 36 months payments....  now its a holiday weekend.  So-  I shall see...  should have read all the reviews prior... ;~(  yet another lesson to be learned.  And the other thing that's strange is the fact they say pay day loan as the co name, yet mine was a unsecured personal loan, supposedly.

I just got a phone call stating that I was approved for a $1500 dollars loan. I asked from where since I haven't apply for any loan. When the phone rang my caller I'd showed 1(000)000-0000. I imediatly sensed something was wrong. The person said that in order for me to get the money I had to go a a Western Union office with my drivers licence and 2 picture and call this number 1-209-890-0431, and give this loan approval Number: MC1904. After that I had to send $99.00 dollars to verify that I was abble to pay $115.00 per month. That After 15 minutes of sending the money I was going to get $1,599. I didn't nothing and simply googled this number and I read that many people had been scammed. They called me back 4 times telling me that they are waiting for me to call from Wester Union and all I said was I will not fall for your scam and hanged the phone. Hope this discourages people on falling for this scam. Take care

I got a call from Linda saying my approval # AN1010 and to call back william macro that i need to go to western union to put 1500 which i was approve for but i need to pay the agent 99.00 i am glad you told me about this scam they said the company name is pay day loans. How are they allowed to operate business.

SO WE GOT A CALL FROM THIS # AND THE GUYS NAME WAS ALEX PARKER HE SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM PAYDAY LOANS AND THAT MY HUSBAND WAS APPROVED FOR $1500 AND WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY BACK $115 A MONTH FOR THE NEXT 15 MONTHS SO WE WOULD HAVE TO SEND $99 WESTERN UNION FEE AND SUPPOSEDLY WE WOULD GET IT BACK WHEN THEY WIRED US THE $1400 BACK SO I DID A REVERSE SEARCH OF THE # AND SAW THIS POOR LADY GOT RIPPED OFF SO EVERYONE PLEASE PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM....

yeah i got a phone call from this number stating that i was approved for a loan in the amount of $1500.00 and i was told it would cost me $99.00 and to wire it western union he also gave me a loan i.d number which was j0661 and he said his name was also john and he also told me that my payment would come out of my bank account each month at $115.00 for 26 months or 36months so i sent the $99.00 wetern union he also said the name of the company was cash payday loans or loan so i lost the amount of $219.00 and couldn't feed myself or my child please don't fall for this because it is a scam that sounded to go to be true nd i had to close my old bank account
