Just happened to me thank you for the information! This is the third hit on me.

I just received a call (7/16/2013) from Cynthia Peters claiming to be from the NCIS fraud division requesting to speak with someone here and gave a case number and requested a call back. SHE IS A FRUAD!!

Investigator Cynthia Peterson of NCIS Fraud & Worthless Checks Unit called from (210) 202-0090 looking for a Juanita Davis regarding case PDL 137528. I called them back to advise they had the wrong number and she said "okay" and hung up before getting any info on the case number they referenced or the number they called. So I called back again and asked how do you even know what I'm talking about, you didn't asked for any clarifying info. She said my number shows up. I asked if she wanted the case number. She said she could look up the CN# even though I had it and could give it to her. This person is trying to represent themself as a person of authority but clearly they aren't. Not sure what the intent of the call was. Might be a debt collection agency.

I to got a call from this phone number saying that I had and hour to come up with the money or a warrant issued for felony charges!!! I just got off the phone with the State Attorneys office and this is fraud. I paid them now I have to put a stop payment and have also got the law involved

I just recvd call  on 07/20/2013 from a cynthia peterson stting the same thing!! this is a scam dont call or give them any info...it coming from this number too.

They called my home saying they were issuing a warrant for my arrest this afternoon because of bad checks that I wrote. I don't even write checks. So I know this is a fraud to get money. Some lady by the name of Cynthia Peterson.

She call and said she was calling to a warrant issued for me I need to pay$ 1002, in 45 minute are she well said it over to judge, to pay she is going to give me a transition number so I can go to money gram to wire to company. At the time she said the loan in my name I wasn't living in that state that year.

He called and said he was calling to have a warrant issued if I did not settle this matter. I fell for this once and lost $500

aaron westrook called me and said that i have a warrant for fradulent checks. He has my SS # . wrong birthday, wrong address. Did call my daughter in VA and harrassed her. Please stop and report this person.

i was told the same thind as the lady above decribed .

Calling and threatening to send take out charges about payday loans....which are illegal in NC.  Called my mother's house leaving this message.  I called back and the :Senior investigator was put on the phone and literally cursed me out....yelling .  He did in fact have my ssn and knew where I worked.  Told me to contact State Attorney General and whoever else I wanted to but I was paying these loans
