Received the following call from Vicky Andrews.

"I'm calling in regards to 4 affidavits I have here at the office pending for TXXXXX RXXXXXX last four of socialXXX.  It is imperative thatI get a return call from you regarding the case.  If I don't get a return phone call from you I will document that you have waved your right to an attorney and I will submit the case the the state attorney's office and the judge will issue a warrant for your arrest  My contact number is 210-202-0230."

I have no Idea who this lady is or who her company is as she never identifies it.  Number 2, I cannot be arrest for unpaid debt in my state.  I have it documented on voicemail that I am being told I will be arrested.  It's against the FDCPA.

These people are just bill collectors, nothing more. I know this because I shamefully admit that I was briefly one of them several years back. They use various scare tactics to try to get people to pay up regardless if its a legitimate bill (usually payday loans) or not.

They will use legal terms to try to scare you. I even had one guy call me up and say that he was a Process Server and that he was going to serve me at my jobsite in less than an hour. I of course knew he was full of crap so I called his bluff and all he could do was stammer then hang up. Seriously, since when do process servers call you up ahead of time to tell you youre going to be served?

These collectors dont us their real names, 90% of them use an alias. Get yourself familiar with the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act) and whatever you do, DO NOT give them any money whatsoever.

Yes we keep getting calls from this place say they looking for our son but they say his name. Told my husband that there will be a warrant for his arrest. Said hope you like that. My husband kept telling him he wasn't my son he kept saying yeah well there will be 4 warrants for your arrest.. So I called the number and started to tell the man why I called and he started to interrupt me and I told him "No you hold on if you call my phone again for anyone other than my I will have my attorney and the law enforcement on you so fast they wont be able to get my size 7 1/2 out of your butt fast enough, and of course he hung up.

left message saying she was Madison Sinclair and it was important that I call her before close of business today.  No details as to what the call is about, no company name, nothing...Having been the victim of identity theft I know all about scam/con artists and these are definitely one of them...

Rec'd a call yesterday,  a message was left.  Angie Basser was the name given, she mentioned check fraud, arrest warrants, and to call this number back as soon as possible.  Even gave a reference number!   I first talked to Angie Bass  two times, to Mellissa Hardy three times. Mellissa called this morning asking, if she could give information to my  bail bondman, I said YES. I  gave her my e-mail address, ask her to forward information. I have been waiting all day for "check enforcement services , to contact me, they did not send  any e mail. checked the web for this number...really love the web.

Got really nervous when i got the call from this place. I first talked to Angie Bass then to Mellissa Hardy. I talked to the woman from "check enforcement services" who said i had cashed a check from my cash now, i was going to have to pay $1000 to " clear my record". When i told the woman that i had talked to my bank and they couldnt find any such check and i searched the number and it came up as a scam she said " ok let me prove to you that this is not a scam im going to forward this to the judge now" and hung up. When you search the company check enforcement services nothing even comes up. People are really horrible, this caused me so much anxiety... scammers.

Rec'd a call this morning while I was at work and a message was left.  Angie Basser was the name given, she mentioned check fraud, arrest warrants, and to call this number back as soon as possible.  Even gave a reference number!  If a friend of mine hadn't rec'd a similar call last weekend I wouldn't have been aware of this scam.

I just got the call, within the past 3 minutes.  Telling me I had 4 felony warrants, and I didn't pay they would forward to the Judge to activate the warrants.  Felony???  seriously.. me???  

I got a call from 210-202-0230 telling me that if I don't pay the loan i owed I would be taken to court and arrested. I started paying, but quickly searched them on the internet and found nothing except these complaints. I've been scammed!!! Another number they used was 614-407-0760

Received same type of call from this number today (1-23-2014}  claimed I have several nsf checks totaling around 1600 dollaars.  Said they would settle for 600 if I paid them today either by debit card,credit card,or money gram. They have some vital info. Last four of my ssn. address. Said if I didn't pay it today they would have it turned over for felony warrents. They gave me a timetable to pay by 1 p.m. tomorrow or it would be turned over. They are very good at this scam. Phone number came back to San Antonio,TX.

2102020230. Lady stated name was melissa hardy and she was a mediator for national check registry. Said I wrote a check in 2011.  I haven't had a checking account in years. Informed me that I would have 4 counts of felony charges if I didn't gave them $700 tonight. Said she would pass it to the judge tonight for warrant to be issued. Call traces back to texas.

Stated he was an attorney. Left message I had 2 warrants and had to call them back in 30 to 45 minutes.  Same as above partial SS# correct.

Received similar call threatening saying im waiving my rights to have an attorney if I don't call right away, they have two felony warrants for me..they even started my last 4 #'s of my social....these people have compromised information from online loans and  do have some correct information...but they always try to demand you to go to Wal-Mart and money gram them money, won't send any proof of debt...totally illegal tactics, telling ss# and don't know who's phone they are leaving the message on, person identified themself as Donald Carter, National enforcement agency...SCAMMMM!

Someone from this number (210) 202-0230 keeps calling my phone number saying that I owe money and that I have two fraudulent charges against me.  They call several times.  All in different years.  You would like since I started receiving these calls from the years 2011, the FBI would be knocking on my door
