i finally got to talk to this guy's supervisor. she told me that they worked for the government and that he was going to file a case against me for threatening him and s***. all i did was tell him to let me talk to his supervisor(rudely), because i couldn't understand him and that he was being f****ng ridiculous. She tried to make me apologize to him and finally when i agreed, he got back on the phone....and i hung up on him.

These morons called my house last night at 9:30PM, I am on the "Do Not Call" list, so I don't know what gives? They wanted to refinance "our" mortgage at one of our previous addresses. First of all, my bf is the only one with a mortgage, in a different state, second of all the mortgage they were calling about is in reference to an apartment we lived in over 6 months ago!! We told them they had their facts wrong, and to not call us again. They called us again at 9AM and it was the same freakin guy!!!!! This time my boyfriend got mad and said Don't you EVER call my house again, and get your facts straight before harrassing someone about something they don't even have...and my bf was hung up on.

This "phone bank" is calling my work phone asking for my spouse.  When I asked for his supervisor, he hung up.

This company has called our house starting at 8:00am. They have called 15 times now! I asked to be taking off the calling list and the guy actually starting asking me why I don't want him to look at my mortgage rate. I told him to not call back he was harrasing me and I hung up. Two minutes later....his "supervisor" called me and asked why I didn't want to talk to them about modifying my loan and how I could save money! I told him if he called me back one more time I was filing a complaint everywhere I could possibly find to complain. The phone calls will not stop! Morning, afternoon, evening. 8/14 @ 8:40  8/13 @ 12:40 and 9:04  8/11 @ 9:48 8/10 @ 11:39 and 9:13 8/9 @ 11:20 8/06 @ 4:17 8/2 @ 8:19 pm. That's just two weeks in August!

These guys are now calling EVERY DAY. They are trying to get us to refinance our mortgage. First couple times I was nice. Here's the fun part 0 their callers HANG UP on you before you can get to the "I want to be taken off your list" part. If you even START to sound like you're going that direction, they immediately hang up.  Call back and get the "this mailbox is full" message. So you can never get off their list. Fun.
