At About 1:00 And Or 1:15 I Received A Phone Call From (210) 240-0450. I Answered The Call I Said Hello. I Know There Was Some One On The Other End Because Of No Dial Tone . About Half Of A Minute Went By And I Hung Up. Happened On Monday The Nineteenth Of September. What can I Do To Prevent This Bogus Number From Phoning Me Back ??? Thank You Noreen Nutt
