You can probably block all calls from a number.  Ask your provider how.

Or put the pest in your contacts list and assign them the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make them easy to ignore.

This cruise line company keeps calling my cell - as a salesman I would normally answer every call. This is beyond annoying.
