Who are these people? 4-5 calls a day...when you answer = there is not a response.  

Talked to service provider, they say use "Call Trace". When call comes in answer and hang up. Immediately go dial tone and dial "star 57". Listen for a reply. Hang up, and call law enforcement to report what you just heard.   To block this number after answering , hang up, and press "star 60" then option 3.

Calling the FBI and FCC , these are some dangerous people. My service provider is in on it as well.

Thought that I would look up number 210-346-8165 under 800Notes. I saw what other people have said about this number. Received 2 calls on 01/27, 3 calls on 01/28 and already 1 call today (01/29). I know that there will be another call or more to come in today. For us , it seems to be a political opinion call. We do not like to answer any political questions with a stranger over the phone.

Got a call from this number. I called it back and it says this number isn't in service!

17 calls in 4 days.  Who are these people anyway? Got better things to do than answer non business related calls to the office.

This caller calls many times in one day.  So far no idea who they are.  No one answers which tells me it is an automated call searching for people to answer.  Often such is used so they have idea when you are home and target you for a live person to call.  Annoying to say the least.

We have received 5 calls from this number in the past two days.  They always engage the answering machine but never leave a message.

I am getting 3-5 calls a day with no voice. The caller ID says 210-346-8165. How do I block this annoying caller?

We must be getting on average 6 calls a day at all hours.  My husband finally answered a call last night to tell them to take our name off their list, but no one was on the line.  5 min ago, another call!!  when I answered there was no one there either.

Thanks for the report on the caller. Have relatives in the area and i have called them all thinking there was a death in the family. Same for me last night 2 calls and then again this morning. Not answering anything political and since i pay for my phone service i don't have to answer their questions.

Got 2 calls yesterday and 2 more this morning from 210-346-8165. I called the number and got a recording that the number was no longer in service.. Imagine that!!

After trying to answer this call 3 times with no one on the other end, today I answered and it is a political survey with very screwy questions,

Caller ID shows "San Antonio, TX." They called here twice last night, and once already this morning. They haven't let it ring more than 4 times.
