According www.800notes, the caller, Out of area ( displayed on my phone ) is from Los Angeles, CA., and it start to call people those unwanted this number since 04/2014. It called us @ 9:21 A.M. 05/03.2014 while we were away. It left no message. when I CAME HOME same day. and returned the call 4 or 5 time. No one answered , just  music then a message telling what time the office open & we can call back " eastern time (?).
Finally  I was able to leave my name & phone number & asked them  to remove my number from calling list @ 10:25 05/04/2014.

Yepp another number to place on my block call list.  I actually call back and asked them to remove my number from the calling list.  Also told them to look up the number they are calling from on the internet to see how many people have complaints.  If this is a collection agency they are barking up the wrong tree.  If it's a mortgage company NEVER EVER EVER will I refinance my home again.  Solar energy we told you it wasn't worth our time and money to have solar.  So just stop. Malibu, CA REALLY!!!!!   How stupid do you think people are?????

Received a call from this number at 7:40 PM.  Caller ID showed Malibu.  No message.

Obviously a new slimeball on the block, or faking a new number.

Maddening how this crap is escalating this year,  It amounts to almost a "denial of service" attack on our land lines!
