What's "appreciated work"????

i got loan for $2000 appreciated work...

This same man has called me twice in the past 3 mo's once stating I was going to jail if I didn't go down and pay him the  money back I suppose to of borrowed via payday loan. Then again three times today, this time he said," He was trying to finalize getting my banking information so he could give me a Loan. I simply told him my lawyer has advised me against it. Then I did alittle investigating of my own sense going down and getting a police report isn't doing me any good. I did a REVERSE PHONE NUMBER LOOK-UP!!! Well Here's what I found out, He has A MAGIC JACK hooked up threw his home computer so I reported him to the CEO of YMAX COMMUNICATIONS!!!!  I was told that two other people have also reported him, and if they keep getting commplaints about this man he will have charges brought against him. So If everyone that has reported him here turns around and reports him to the CEO of YMAX communications & magic Jack he'll have too answer too the courts.

I received a call this morning at work from this number it was a John Anderson indicating that i had been approved for loan for me to call him to finalize the wire transfer. What an idiot he has been calling me from a 916 number in Sacramento stating that i was going to jail for non-payment on a pay loan. This people are really stupid

received several calls from this number he said that i  that if i didn't pay now it I would be sent to jail at 6 tonigh night

I got a call from this number. It was a forigner with an american name saying he was some investigator and i needed to call him back. Said it was time senstive??? I did not call back, but he is using my mins!!

An email is NOT proof of anything

I just got a call from some guys sounded like from India at work after i left for the day, could hardly understand him said it was a State Investigation that me or my attoney need to contact him, never said what company he was with, or anything what it was about. just said if I did not contact him or my attoney then it was on me how it unfolded I think that is what he said. I called him back and left a message on his phone and told to never call me at work and I will call him and speak to him again and will be contacting the attoney general in Texas

Got a call from this guy I almost feel for it I'm filing a police report with said you should all do the same let's put these scam artists away

Got a call from this number at 12:23 PM today. guy said that he was calling from the State Investigation Dept. San Antonio TX. guy said that owed Cash Advance USA a debt and that they were suing me.
I told him that he was trying to rip me off my money, and told him not to call me ever again.

Just got the same call . It was very funny . He could not speak english and was obviously a scammer . How ever he got this info through some way and they are getting better all the time . I have no credit and keep no bank accounts with more than a few dollars just in case .

I called this guy back as well. Claimed he was an attorney for some debt that my wife had that she didn't pay back.  Story was the same.  Anyway, if he was an attorney then he should have known he can't speak to me about my wife's charges.  Besides, I received a call like this in the past, "just send me your bank statement so that I can verify you never received the funds" B.S. My advice block this number.

i tried to get info from him and he said he has the info but couldnt give it to me. said they would notify the court at 6 tonight and would be seeing me in court. he was foreign and very rude!

my mother and i got the exact same thing today!!!!

received several calls from this number i called back, he wouldn't tell me who i was calling then he looked me up by my phone number from the caller id and began saying they are taking me to court for a unpaid loan, but i never had a loan. He couldn't tell me when the loan was taken out, who the loan was with or the amount of the loan. I asked to be sent written proof he said that they had emailed me about it. I never received an email. he said that i wouldn't be sent anything written that if i didn't pay now it would be sent to court at 6 that night. total scam, i never had a loan and he couldn't get specifics!

Called very staticky....ask about debt that I don't have.  Said I needed to go to the court with my lawyer.  Said he had all the info front of him, but wouldn't say who I owed.
