joseph,  I am getting these calls too.  its not funny,  they don't leave a message.  they call all day.  this is harrassement.  and if it was a legit telemarker, they can leave a message.

This person is Calling actting like they are ace check cashing loan department and is telling me if I give them 300.00 they will give me 3000.00...THIS IS A SCAM AND IT ISNT ACE DO NOT ANSWER THERE CALLS

calling for Julia, who they say is in financial trouble, Tell them off and they just laugh(foreigners-who you can't understand) also getting calls that start with "811" but only 9 numbers. those numbers are all different. anyone heard of that?

They use the Do Not Call List to get your number and call you!

I received 11 phone calls from this number just this morning alone.  No one on the other end. I reported a complaint for this number to the national do not call registry. I finally turned off my phone.

Have been called 8 times from San Antoinio TX - starting in May 2012.      First three calls were from number 210-401-2709  and the rest are from 210-401-6082 . No messages - Many calls are on weekends and evenings.  Do you think these calls are from time share resale companies?

Troll much?  Anyway, since we all know legitimate telemarketing companies honor do not call lists, they are obviously not a reputable company and should not be trusted right off the bat.

1st off when they call u   if ur on no call list "DNCL"THROW it out ur window they are not selling u any thing !!

easy  nicely say "Pease Take My Number Off Your List i DON'T OWN A TIME SHARE" after 3 times ask  for manager make sure 3 time because they have recorded how many times u said it and how many times they called.

or if u just here every thing they say NICeLYYY!! and if u cant make it Just let them know "sorry i cant make it for what ever reason then say can u please take my number off ur list"

Or just pick up if u have a time share then make a apt  go for complementary meal and meeting very good i have been  too the meeting i love my time share now ...hated it before at meeting they are trying to sell you something / they go over ur time share every year there ARE updates!! that u must hear  about but you don't have to buy any thing just leave after ur dinner and meeting..

ha-ha its called a job. you can actually tell me if you were on the other side of that phone getting paid..lets say $20 an hour you wouldn't do it?  i don't work there but i have friends in the telemarketing business that get paid around that hell, with the way jobs are about now i wouldn't mind pissing a little bit of people off.

the do not call list for the government is for solicitation calls only..they are a scheduling company calling in regards to a promotion....if you actually stayed on the line to hear what they had to say you would know that..

Received a call, hangup. 30 minutes later, I answered quick, told me this wasn't a sales call it's about my time share. I told her I don't own a f'in timeshare and they need to remove me from their list or I will sue her personally and the company. I told her I don't know why she works for a s****y company. She kept saying it was an error, she has me down as owning a time share. I said your f'in company is listed all over the internet. Stop f'in calling me or I will sue you and hung up.  BTW I AM ON THE  DO NOT CALL LIST.

I am going to take up a new career sueing telemarketers who call me. I can make more money than my job!

Got a call from 210-401-6082 with two different headings. 1) TEXAS 2) V01031540362465 , on the same day 5 hrs apart. I don't answer the phone any more I check caller I.D.first and answer only if I know the caller.From what I've learned the telephone numbers and the name could not be real and most times are not. They are bypassing the system with their equipment.

You want to know who calls from 877-853-7287?   Here they are, they are My Gen Online, LLC you can find them and the people behind this limited liability company by going to the Arizona Corporation Commission.... public access.

now that you have this information, you can really file your complaint to the do not call people and whatever else that will stop these idiots from sticking their nose up at our do not call  registration

Forget about the Do Not Call List as it is not effective. You should have a caller ID and some kind of VM. If you do not recognize the number don't answer. If it's important the caller will leave a message.
99.9% of the time there is no message left. That's because they want to sell you something. Usually I I have all the ringers in my house off so I don't even know if I'm receiving a call, but I realize that's not practical for most folks.

This number calls my magic jack number 4-5 times a day/evening. I finally had to turn off my magic jack. When i looked up the # on the internet I saw others who wrote said to complain to RCI because it's their number but the company is really G.T.M.B.:
