i rec'd a call from them as well, when I answered they didn't say anything.  They called back when I was trying to call them, and they left a message saying they needed my address and place of employment they needed to serve me with papers and gave let the 888 number to call and settle this matter.  Have you heard anything else from them.  I am not going to call them back.

Dave Parker 210-468-1491 called our office MULTIPLE times! Claimed he was serving papers but when I asked what company he was calling from he told me it was none of my business and repeatedly insulted my company, my staff, and I because I would not release any information to him.

Sounds like old Michael Brown is trying to get his fingers into someone's pockets by scaring the beejeebees out of them..  This old serving papers scam is so old it's getting long in the tooth and growning winter hair.

This guy called named Michael Brown. Said will serve papers, investigating, etc.  Told me I was rude when I asked him what this is in regards to, then hung up quickly

Received call stating was going to serve new papers....for fraud....still waiting contacted family members and previous job and harassing them then leave an 888 number to call back.....filed a police report

Who  or what company is this number to? Unwanted phone call from this number. Sounds illegal.
