I got the same exact message today at 2:05pm ... If it is a real company with a real claim against someone they can send a letter and not leave threating voicemails.

Got the same exact message word for word on 043014 at 1210pm.  She is reading from a script....lol  you gotta love the "receival"  :)

This number called not only me, but my brother(on two separate numbers) and my son, looking for me. They used the exact same message, word for word, on their voice mails and left a message on my voice mail. They also used my maiden name, and my former married name, and not my current married name. The woman claims to be a "Caroline Watts", and she cryptically states that she is from the "office of investigation for the central and eastern region". She goes on to say "You have a complaint being filed against you here in my office, per state and federal law, I am required to obtain a legal statement from you before proceeding legally to Harford County. I need  for either you or your retained attorney of record to return a call to my office immediately upon "receival "of this message.(Really- "receival" isn't even a real word. Rookie!) Ms. Watts then goes on to give her contact information as this number, and continues with: " I do have to advise Ms. xxxxxx, if I do not hear from either yourself or your your legal representation, I will have to document that you waived your right to counsel, and submit your case along with all supporting evidence over to the state for further action. Your case is already time-stamped, so your prompt response is imperative. Govern yourself accordingly." When I tried to call this number back, it went straight to voice mail. I am contacting my local police, which is neither anywhere near San Antonio (where this call originated from) OR Harford County, where they apparently think I live.

Revieved a call from this number saying they were office of investagations!

Got a message from this number claiming to be a claims office and that I have a claim against and will be proceed to my county court.
