I received a call at 3:58 pm, from 210-762-6855, and they left the following message "This is Rachel Foster with Pre-Trial Intervention. You have a pending case in our office that needs your immediate attention. I need to speak with you or your attorney of record immediately today.  My number is 210-762-6855. If I do not hear from you or your attorney, I will document that you've waived your right to counsel and submit your case. Govern yourself accordingly." That last phrase was very deliberate, very threatening.  Okay, I know what the 210 number is, so, I called, at 4:57 pm, and a woman "Julie" (although I doubt she ever uses that outside the scam office) answers, and I ask her who called me from this number. She asked "What number did we call to reach you?" I gave her my number, and she put me on hold. And then after a minute or so, the call got disconnected. So, I call it back. at 5:01 pm. Another lady answers, I asked for Julie, she said hold on...same hold but longer and more aggravating, same children's style music playing, same disconnect. Call back at 5:14 pm - same lady, ask for Julie, explain that this was the third time I was calling but keep getting hung up on. She said "Well, if the two of you are having a disagreement, that's why she hung up on you", to which I replied, I only spoke to her long enough to give her my phone number and her to put me on hold? I don't really think that made her angry. So, she hung up on me. 5:15 pm, I call and she answers, I start to talk, she hangs up. I call back, still 5:15 pm, a guy answers, briefly tell him my story, he said that I was being rude and if my case comes up, he will make sure it gets forwarded to court immediately and hangs up. I call back at 5:16 pm, and he hangs up as I tell him since he wanted to talk to my attorney, I will make sure he gets to him first.  This company has called me in the past and I've always hung up on them. I am on disability, I had to have someone type this for me, because my hands don't work so good anymore, I am a diabetic/cardiac patient and don't need this type of upset. So, I am going on record to state that should my health decline in the near future, i hold the company behind this, the individuals on the phone and the money people behind it responsible. And, if it turns out in some ungodly way that this is a legitimate company, I will sue them until they bleed. You have pissed off the wrong person, Pre-Trial Intervention!!!

I've received two calls an hour apart this morning. My messages were from Rachel (couldn't understand last name) at Prego Trial Intervention they had my case in there office and if I, or my attorney, didn't call back today she would presume I am waiving my right to counsel and I should act accordingly.  My number came from a similar San Antonio number 210-762-6855. I searched for this number and didn't find anything. I searched for pre trial intervention San Antonio and bingo. This is some sort of collection tactic and of course it's illegal, that's why they hang up when challenged.  Collectors cannot threaten in this manner, plus any waiver of right to counsel must always be in writing. Whether you owe a debt or if you've had your identity stolen, just ignore, don't answer and don't call them back. And, certainly, never send someone like this any money. You CANNOT be arrested for a debt. We did away with debtor's prison when we did away with England around 1776.

Wow, I am glad I googled the phone number!   These calls started coming the very day after my Dad died.  And there were like 5 phone calls over 1 one-week period from numbers 210-762-5324 and 210-960-9020 with the same message from Justin Debrosky from Petrial Intervention threatening a lawsuit.  I actually called them back.  I would not give them my Dad's phone number.  Only his name.  They said they had nothing in the file on him.  When I asked who the company was, she hung up on me.  Wish I had done a web search on the number before calling.

these scam artist calls are totally annoying and need to be punished severely! Now some jack a** from 210-960-9020 is calling and its the same voice mail as the one 210-762-5324. If it was a legitate business when you return the call and the voice mail comes on, it should say U have reach the Business and the designate depts. of the person that left the message.First it was a lady calling ,now its Johnathan Farris. its  a San Antonio, Tx area

Yeah, I THINK it is a scam. They  keep  calling  and saying if I do not  call  back,  they   will proceed with a  case  against  me. They  don't say what the case is, they  do  not. mention what court it is in,  and  the  call  is. coming from a number in San Antonio. I looked up pre-trial intervention  online. It  is a real program for  first time offenders in minor criminal trials like vandalism  or something. I've never been to San Antonio, and my only problems are debt-related, which  is a civil matter, not a criminal one. So, although I have not actually talked to this guy, I'm prett
