Is diversified debt collection agency

i have been getting tons of calls from this number, when i answer it says something than hangs up, im tired of it

Individual keeps calling my cell, I refuse to answer as he/she will not leave a message, I hesitate to answer unknown calls especially when they do not identify themselves.  This very annoying and I am on a limited minute allowance so it also impacts my expenses.  Thanking you in advance.
