These jerks keep calling me starting at eight in the morning (like it is now). Its really starting to piss me off since I repeatedly told them not to call me. I don't give out my number for anything Im really wanting to kill whoever did.

I've been getting calls from this number too!!! 210-918-3082 and the caller ID it comes up Nustar Energy.  They've called about 10 times today and most times there's no one on the other line.  It's driving me nuts!!!  I've picked up the phone and said "STOP CALLING PLEASE" like that will work.  They even asked for a "Terri" and there's no one here by that name....and when the answering machine picks up, they hang up!!!  This is so fristrating!  Just when one stops, another jerk starts it up again!!  I don't even know what they're calling about, the lady that called and actually SAID something last time, I couldn't understand her hardly because of her accent.  It's like she was trying to interest me in some Government something or another, I dunno...

I am getting these calls every single day. I don't know what they want. No idea. I've gotten so tired of it that I use a whistle whenever they call. All I can say is if you call, you get the whistle!

I get about 10-15 calls from 210-918-3082 a day, beginning around 8 a.m. They are even calling me on the weekends as well. I'm not going to waste my time answering it because the one time i did, they never said anything.  Now, starting this morning, I have begun to receive calls from 210-282-5016. All I know is that they are in San Antonio, TX.  That's it; no company name, anything. I think I like the whistle idea that someone else came up with; might have to try thta soon.

I was called by this number several times just a few days ago (and blocked through my provider), now starting to receive calls from the 210-282-5016 number.  I have not picked up the phone at all, probably just gets dumped to my voicemail service.

Annoying. I've been getting calls from that number too all day. I just ignore it.

All I dis was text back that I am placing a complaint and calling my lawyer to sue them for harrassment and the cals stopped. They did start with 210-282-5016 and I did the same refering back to the other number and the calls stopped. I beleive the first number is no longer in service.

This phone number starts calling around 8am and they call once or twice an hour until 8 or 9pm. Really aggrivating.

these calls are ridiculous/have been recieving them for the past few days/i'm filing a police report ASAP!!

I've been getting calls from this number 210-918-3082 ALL day today.  When someone FINALLY says something (typically when I answer no one says anything) it's a woman I can barely understand asking to speak to "Terri".  I say "there's no one here by that name" and she keeps going on and on about some government refund or something...?  The name that comes up on the caller ID is 'Nustar Energy'.  So why would that be a Govt anything? I am getting these phone calls every 20-30 minutes without fail.  When I answer no one says anything..When I let the answer machine get it, they hang up...I am getting super angry over this aggrevation...The caller ID is showing it comming back as NUSTAR ENERGY!

Calls all day long, every 1/2 hr or so. Answered, caller asks for someonelse. Female on other line says call is about applying for government grant. Previously tried to call number back, says phone number is not a working number. Also asked to stop calling (10 calls ago), of course request was ignored.

Keep getting calls every hour from number with this area code. All are the same place. They ask for someone strange about grants from the government. I told them I wasnt interested and stop calling me three times, the rest I have ignored. Definitly pissing me off.
