I have received multiple calls from this company also. First they call your employer then call you and start telling you that you owe money from a party payday loan that wasn't paid off and that they need to collect on it and that off they don't get the money they will send the police out to arrest you. Don't fall for it. It is a scam and they are not even calling from the states. Be aware.

This number called and gave me the same message.  You have a warrant out for you becuase you took a loan and never paid it back.  UGH!

Yep this guy keeps calling me threathen me on my voicemail and calling my work !!! I never call back as I knew it was false and a scam. I did look into a loan recently and that is how they got my info! Never again! Officer David Marshall from United State Crime berau.

Called and said they had a warrent out to collect money for a loan that I don't know about. COMPLETE SCAM, FRAUD! DO NOT GIVE out any info. If you call the number back and mute your phone you will hear in the background other employees calling people to scam them. Also, when you first call they don't even say the company name they just say "HELLO"

yes this call came from 210.957.5344 x 108. said something about social security number.  because of his accent i was unable to make out everything he said which he left on my answering machine.  why hasn't the san antonio police department done anything about this since there are numerous reports already.

This person called and gave me a speech about a crime listed under my social security number. I told him was going to report
him and I hung up. he called me back and wanted to know why I hung up.
told him to leave me alone.

This company calling is so rude and discusting. First they have the wrong number and say thing to u when u answer such as suck my di** and f u. Are they serious.?

Received 5 phone calls within 6 minutes from this number while I was at work, finally took a restroom break to call it back because I figured it was an emergency. When I called back, a man with a heavy accent who claimed to be from the "Legal Department USCB" told me that I was going to be behind bars within the next 24 hours if I didn't pay them $789.00 to settle an old debt that I never paid. I asked him his first name, what company was suing me, and for the case number, he told me that he couldn't compromise his "client's" information by telling me this. I told him to send me a copy of the collection notice and he told me to suck his d*ck. I asked him to repeat it and he said, "f*ck you, suck my d*ck"... and I told him to stop calling me before I took legal action against them for harassment. Please don't pay these lowlifes any mind, they are scamming poor people out of millions of dollars each year, familiarize yourself with your state's laws and don't fall for these a***oles!

Got the same scam with the same story. Don't fall for it. When I told the "Officer" to quit talking to me like an as*****. He told me, F*** you Bi*** and hung up. Don't bother calling back.  And don't apply fo a loan online, that's how I think they got sold my number.

This caller who said this is a scam alert is absolutely correct. Thank you for your report. I called back this number and went through the spiel, at which point I said, "I searched this number online and it was confirmed as a scam." The foreign caller replied with, "Well, you suck my d***." Please don't allow these people from the "United Crime Team" to frighten you or any vulnerable family members. Confirmed scam.

Caller (210) 957-5344 accused me of taking out a fraudulent loan and not repaying.  Stated that he was notifying me that a warrant for my arrest will be filed in the criminal court and I will be going to jail.  I asked for details of the charges and he could not tell me any information, the amount of the loan or the date the loan was established.  He could only tell me his badge number which is 806 and that a warrant is being filed unless I wanted to take care of the loan now.  I hung up and called the actual US Police Department in San Antonio, and after being transferred a few time I end up with a very helpful officer who heard my statement, called the number the threat came in from and quickly identified it as a scam.  He informed me not to give any information to this person.  He took the details I had and has started an investigation through their White Collar Crime Division.
