Keep getting calls from 212-291-9196 all hours of day or evening, two to five times a week. No  message is left. Really need to stop calling.

I received a call from them today with the same press 9 message.  I pressed 9 to get them to remove me from the calling list.  When I told him I wanted removed from their calling list, he hung up.  I am sure they will call again.

I think its Obama and the democrats doing all these calls they are getting so desparate they will do any thing

I got a call from these people. By the time I recognized the call as coming from New York, they had hung up. I don't answer calls from numbers  I don't know.

I get calls from them with no one saying anything when I pick up.

I wouldn't leave my name here becasue they probably read these posts and now they know who they called!

got a call from them today.  Pressed 9 to inform them I am on the do not call list and not to call me anymore.  Caller told me to lower my voice, I told him not to call me anymore and that I was going to report them to the FCC.  Refused to tell me his company and threatened to come to my house to "show me what's for".  Calling the state's attorney's office now........

I received a call from 212-291-9196 saying it had to do with my credit card. When I pressed 9 to talk to a customer service rep and they answered, I asked to be taken off their call list. The person on the other end said, in an eastern Indian accent, "Ah F*** you, I don't have to take you off my list," I laughed and said really. He then repeated what he said. I hung up.

Received a call today from 212-291-9196 at 11:30am and I let it go to voicemail. I called the number after  20 minutes when I was free, and received the message, 'this number not in service'. I have been on the do-not-call list since the list's inception. I normally send these calls to the FBI, FTC, ans state attorney general (I live in Colorado) and let them know a terrorist is stalking me. I consider these calls terrorist threats as they do not leave messages, and I am on the DNC list.

They called my cell phone and hung up.

I received a call from the number but hung up when I answered.

These people keep calling here day and night about lowering your credit card bill. When you get someone on the call they just REFUSE to say which company this is !!

It makes me SICK these people.... I DON'T WANT THEM TO CALL ANYMORE. I am also on a DO NOT CALL LIST and STILL get these calls!!!!!!

Ah gee, I got one today (5-17-12) and ID said Sullivan and Cromwell and when I found they were one of the top (according to the internet) legal firms in the world I thought, perhaps, a long lost wealthy relative had left me in their will. But, it seems it is just another scam.  I wasn't home and no answer was left, don't bother to waste the money or time to call back as that may result in the same thing that opening scam email results in-establishing my number and more calls will be made.

The FBI should track these guys down and send them prison so they can f**ked by up the a** these scam cheating a***oles

It's a scam - i answered and they said they can reduce my credit card interest rate down to 6%.  I asked which card they worked for and he said all Visa and MastCards.  I let him know he needed to be more specific and that he needed to remove me from their calling list.  He got mad and hung up.

Missed a call from them today too.  No message and I didn't call them back either.  Looks like they've been busy today.

I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!! I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING CALLED WHEN I AM AT WORK OR ANY OTHER TIME FOR THAT MATTER WHEN IT IS THIS KIND OF JUNK! TOLD THE REP ON THE PHONE I WAS ON THE LIST AND HE SAID SO AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE AND NOT INTELLIGENT.....A NEWBORN HAS MORE BRAINS THAN THESE PEOPLE DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They called, i didn't answer since I didn't know the number.  No message.  They called right back but then hung up on first ring.  I filed a report to the FCC based on the info y'all left here.  Hopefully the shut the number down soon.  More reports you file the faster the FCC will act on it.

just got a call i picked up and said hello 3 time before the call dropped no one said a word

Pressed nine. Some guy asked me how I was doing today. I said fine. He said are u responding to get lower rates on your credit card today?  I said no I don't have any credit cards will u please stop calling me. That a***ole told me to go f*** myself!!!! What the hell do I do about this? I'm sick of it?

Same thing happened to me today.  I tried to call it back and said number is not in service.

Sullivan and Cromwell,  although have a great address in lower manhattan,  they are a lawfirm engaged in the practice of debt collection with offices internationally.
Oddly enough they are passing themselves off as a secutities firm.  A law firm not content in being a scum bag in one practice but has to be prove the are an all encompassing in the jack*** department.

Sullivan & Cromwell can take their credit card scam and shove it up their a***s!

I rec'd a call on caller ID..Sulllivan & Cromwell..looked it up on internet, they're all over the world. Area code 212 is NY..Wikepedia says they're a finance, investment firm. Can't get off their list..why do they not get it I'm on NO CALL list???

Scam, Scam, Scam,Scam, and Scam

I got a call from them today. I called the number back and the voice said that the number is not in service.

Sullivan and Cromwell appeared in readout, and when I called back I heard a fax machine sound.

just got a dead call from this number listed in Caller ID as Sullivan & Cromwell and when I tried to return the call I got either a fax machine or computer tones answering the call.

I've been getting calls from this number over the past several months. On average once every two weeks. It is an automated message about credit cards and to press 9 to talk to a customer service rep. I have hit 9 at least 5 times and every time I have told them to take me off their list and they hang up. Today its been about a month since I've last heard from them. When I asked to be taken off their list that I have instructed them several times to do so. The guy on the phone laughed and said "oh ok do you want a confirmation number for that hahaha" and hung up.
