Got a call from this # 212-321-4187 and I didn't pick up hoping they'd leave a msg. No msg was left. I called the tel# back and the recording said that "this # has been disconnected." I dont kno who they are but their calls are starting to come up more and more, especially at my work. STOP CALLING!!!!

they also call my cell phone caller ID shows, 123456789 or they call from 2123214187.  A person by the name "Mona Williams" heavy accent will not remove me from their calling list, each time I request it she hangs up on me yet they still call back the next day. They are trying to get me so say "yes" to their questions, they give me someone else's SS#, bank account number, mailing address, etc.  Then when I tell them that it is not me, they continue on asking if i need fast cash money, I tell them to remove me but no luck. Now they are calling from 18009691042, heavy accent with a "loud fan" blowing sound in the background. He will not take "no" for an answer, he says he is going to "summon" me and I will go to jail if I do not take care of this matter, yet I have no debts, and in the state I live in, wages cannot be garnished for anything you owe that is not child support related.  So they are scamming and it is extremely stressful and annoying.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! They say they are from: "FAST CASH AMERICA".  THEY HACKED A PHONE NUMBER AND ARE SCAMMERS. I currently have several recordings of them I will post on youtube soon to make people aware and to possibly get these people caught and taken down. anyone with possible resources or if you know someone in the police / FBI- try to keep them on the phone and trace the number.  THIS NUMBER IS ALSO THE SAME AS: 081-816-8264

person calls 10 times a day and when you call the number back it is off the hook.

I get a call everyday from some fast cash company. I have asked everyday to be removed, and everytime I lose the call. I am going to try and bring this to the FCC.

I called 212-602-5000 for Osparie Mngmt as this number was reported to belong to them. She stated they are not the company harassing us all as Fast Cash. She said that this company basically stole some of thier numbers & that their complaints to AT&T have fallen on deaf ears. I just got called by Fast Cash as I have been for the past few days and the heavily accented telemarketer hung up on me as soon as I said remove me from your call list.

they have been calling me too. one of the benefits of out sourcing to calling firms. they don't have to play by our rules i guess. i wish i could find out what company they represent, because i would file a complaint against them. the broker firm mentioned earlier i think has shut it's doors.

They are A**HOLES, they called me names, when I asked them to stop calling my home.

I googled the name and it reports that it is a Failed Lehman Brothers investment company you know the one's that could not be saved by the government with bail outs.

I'm going to find out where their office is and follow one of them home and kill them.  STOP CALLING the SON's of SILENCE

This is what you do with companies like these. You pretend that you're interested, and waste as much time of their time as you can. String them along, little by little because they work on commission you see. If you try this, you will find that it's actually more fun than Guitar Hero or computer games because it's real time and real people. You can feel empowered as you pretend that you're hearing impaired, but not too much as you don't want them to figure you out until you've had the last laugh. Get them to explain things a few times over, and repeat it back to them, and as you do so- put an error in the way you say it so they can get exasperated and have to start all over again. Give them all fake information, perhaps the name and telephone number of another caller who has been harrassing you, for example. After you've run out of ideas, tell them you're 15 years old, is that OK? Be creative-- it's payback time! Be sure to post results on this site so we can all enjoy the stories. :)  Oh, by the way there are websites where you can find out the latitude and longitude of telephone numbers and from there figure out their address. They called again today for the millionth time. I asked for a manager and they hung up. It's not Ospraie, I looked up Ospraie and called them and they explained that they stopped using that number 6months ago.

Thanks for the heads up. I usually return people's calls even if they don't leave msgs because I know I do have debts out there & there would be collection agencies that would call me. But calls from this # is a strange one for me because I do not hear anyone on the other end but I know that the line is still connected. Thanks again.

Received call from them today. They wanted to know if they could put a candy machine in my place of business to raise funds to help locate missing children. I work out of my home.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER I TELL NOT TO CALL BACK THEY KEEP DOING IT. I HAVE NEVER TALKED TO ANYONE I JUST ANSWER A SAY DON'T CALL BACK.

My Daughter recieved the call and they asked for me by name.  She went told them she was going to find me and when she got back to the phone they had already hung up.  The caller was female.  Likley hung up because they had a more "live" lead on another line.

Received a call from this number. My machine answered, and they hung up immediately.

Just got a call from this number. When I answered with the name of my company I was immediately disconnected. I never heard any background noise (like in a phone sales boiler room) or anything. Just a big click as the call was disconnected.

Yep...same here...I agree...offshore VOIP lines in use so you can't understand whatever East Pakimoneurobengalian is talking - however, I called this # and was told it was disconnected - hummmmm. Sounds like piggybacking to me...ya know?

I received a call from this number on July 1, 2009. The woman identified herself as Anna and she had a foriegn accent of some kind. She told me that she was with some "Cash" company (hard to understand her). I told her to take our phone number off of her list and not to call again as I had asked them not to do for the last several days and her response was, "not a problem, we cannot call you neither can your friends and family we will cut your phone off." Then she immediately hung up. If she is from some cash company how would they be able to cut our phone off?

i also received a call from this number.  when i answered, no one was there, but the line was open.  so i tried calling back ,and got the message that this number is no longer in service.  how can this be?????
i'm reporting them to verizon.

I ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.  WHEN I TRIED CALLING BACK THE MESSAGE SAID "THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.  HOW CAN THEY MAKE CALLS IF IT'S NOT A WORKING NUMBER?!
