Received a call on a buisness line from 212-381-9600. Guy claims he is from Casimir Capital.
Caller ID shows "Casimir Capital" 212-381-9600.
Asking all about Financial related items.. they are stock broker?
Knew my first name..
said he got number off the internet when asked...

I repeatedly get calls from this company looking for me to invest.  They found my mumber on a goverment meeting list.

Guy named Nick left a voice msg. Didn't say why he was calling. I don't know who this is so I'm not calling back.

Casimir was fined $37,500 by FINRA on May 30, 2007 for violating the do-not-call rules.  Presumably they consider this an acceptable cost of doing business, since it doesn't seem to have deterred them from starting up again.

They call me every month. Every month, I ask them to not call and to remove me from their call list, which they do not do, so clearly a violation of the law. Too much of a hassle to pursue. Once i hear they are Casmir, I argue for a minute or two, request the deletion, and hang up. Interesting to note that it is almost always someone different calling...

It shows their management team including Theodore Wdowiak.  According to Mr. Wdowiak's bio (below) he is "an active NYSE and NASD Arbitrator".  He must know that this type of telemarketing is unacceptable.  Perhaps if some of us contact him and let him know our displeasure, they would cease and desist.

On the other hand, is it possible that someone is impersonating them?  In any case it may help if they are contacted.

Got two calls this morning from this number to my work phone as well as cell phone. I did not pick up anyone of them as the caller ID says New York.

I have recieved MANY (more than 10 and counting) calls from 1-212-381-9600.  I don't recognize the caller and never answer.  Caller never leaves a message.

Same thing here.  Found my name on the net on a goverment website.  Slicky, bottom of the ladder, sales boy.  real address and number..

received a call a few minutes ago from 212-381-9600. Call a business phone.. Identified himself as calling from Casimir Capital.. asking all types of financial related questions..(networth, etc)..

This guy identified himself as Ed Wong and has left 3 messages.  He has   never has said what he wanted, but wants me to call him back at 212-798-1314. On the third attempt I think he said a company name like Jasmine.

Guy called and left a meassage for me to call back at 212-798-1312.  I didn't recognize him and did not call back

Some guy left a message asking to call this number 212-381-9600. Did not say why he called.
