This is a bogus collection company, they bought debts that were charged off via bankruptcy's and now pretend to be "officers" from "state investigation department" ... pay no attention to these calls, they are not legal in any manner.

I keep getting phone calls on my cell phone from a different phone number but same person. He using 2 different names-John Watkins & now a Dave Jones.  He states he is from the State Bureau of Invstigations.  I have looked up each of the phone numbers that he leaves in order to call him back; one  you get a disconnected message, the other just rings.  This barely speaking English guy is very rude on his messages he leaves.  The message is always the same-Call him immediately or else further legal actions will occur as in a lawsuit maybe even prison.  I say bring it on!  Something should be able to done for this kind of scams.

This guy was the worse to me! He had my work number and was calling over and over and over and then He told me "Listen here you little b****" i'm going to get you fired, i'm going to call and talk to you manager and get you fired! It was absolutely awful!! His name was Chris and first he said he was from the "National Bureau of Crime Investigative Dept" and then he said he was from United Cash Servies and then United Cash Loans. I don't know how to stop him?? How can I??

After reading about this guy (who keeps calling me and leaving terrible threatening messages) And he calls my work over and over.  They wrote me up for it.  So I called him back.  He does use different names and gives you a number to call him, I said, "I'm talking to you now, what is this?" He kept saying he's an officer in an investigation dept.  And then I started yelling at him and he was at me.  He said he was going to call my work over and over to get me fired.  I said, "well we're best friends now and I will be calling YOU over and over.  I started making fun of his accent and telling him what a crappy job he has.  I basically tried to offend him in every way. He's hung up on me twice now.  Obviously he is going to conintue his harresment on everyone so I'm going to harrass him.  I wish there was another way to get him to stop.  I've ignored him for several months....but now my work is on the line and he knows it.

this number called leaving me a threating voicemail which i have saved telling me if i do not call back i will loose my job. upon calling back they have no information to give. they just hang up on you and get mad at you due to you call back asking why are you calling if you are denying any (for my phone call a pay day loan)recent charges or debt.  he is a coward.

I am calling them back now playing on the phone. I called my local police department and had them come out and speak with him. He told the police officer to go F**** himself and hung up the phone. So now I am just playing on thier phone! It's fun! Hey heck join in! I beat you will not get anymore calls! I HAVEN"T because Im making them all! I was just reading out some of the comment on here to him and he says Mam I do not know what you are talking about! You most have the wrong number but that isn't the case because this is the same number i've been calling now since 12! I guess he has gotten tired because he is not playing with me anymore! No fair! I still want to play! My real goal is to keep harassing him til he calls the police and makes a report then we have him! He to smart for that tho! I told him I am hat itch that he can not scratch! I will not go away! This man is dumb! You clam to be some kinda bussiness man but you at work talking loud about have sex with me! WOW!!!!!! I would rather have his jobwhat you think instead of working like a slave getting payed little to nothing!  Call for yourself and listen in the background it is the same thing over and over again! He says he has 5 other workers in his office but no one by the name of Dave!

how did he get your informaiton.. have you applied for and received a cash advance?  I have not and they keep calling my work and cell phone but will not give me when the loan was taken out or any information.  Im just wondering where they get our personal information from.

AKIBA- I love how you handled this.  I did the same thing too.  Although I'm in no way racist, I used his accent to tease him and make fun of him.  It throws them off.  He lost his 'fake' persona as a investagation officer or whatever it is.  And just asked me for oral sex in order to keep him from calling me.  REALLY! Everyone I have investigated this thouroughly. DERRICK, this is not a business.  I noticed this happened since I got an online loan through Ameriloan.  Who are also crooks.  So the bad business loaners sell our info to these idiots.  When I told these idiots I was fired....hmmmm ameriloan asked me if I'm still at my current job.  Well now that I got all the ties I need I have alerted the FBI.  The calls have stopped and they will not answer. Update - My workplace helped me out by saying I was terminated.  Cause this guy was serious.  I didn't pay him 10k so sure think monday morning he called my work non stop.  They just kept telling him I was fired and to stop calling.  He kept calling.  Then they would put him on hold everytime and he gave up.  BUT GET THIS.  These guys seem to have our socials security numbers.  If you ask them they will recite it.  This is now a federal crime.  I have contact on this with the FBI.  I posted on facebook all there numbers and I had hundreds of people calling them and harrassing them.  Well now if you call they don't answer.  It has been a couple weeks.  This is unusual for them.  Maybe I finally got them.  They messed with the wrong girl!!!!!!
