Received robo calls on 3 consecutive days, no response when I pick up, no vm, what is the point of this kind of junk-call???

Received 3 phone calls from this number last night - 6:37, 7:28 and 8:25.  Because I didn't recognize the no., I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.  Very irritating!

I keep getting calls from this # 212-400-6325

When I answered no one there, just hang up.  When I call 212-400-6325 message I get says 'sorry your call can't be completed."  Annoying SOBs!

Folks, for those of you that simply write things like 'they call all the time', or, 'please investigate these people'...please understand that you are wasting your time.  No one is benefitting from that and no one is going to investigate anything for you.  Post what you can to inform other users - name of company...type of call...key points of what their tactics are.  MOST IMPORTANTLY, either add your # to the Do Not Call Registry or, if you did so more than 31 days prior to the call, FILE A COMPLAINT.  If the callers are violating, THAT is what will hit the callers in the pocketbook as the fines can be thousands per violation.  

I received a call from this #, caller ID stated Direct Source.  I did not answer.  Others have said this is a VA loan refinance solicitation and that aligns with a multitude of calls and direct mail I get.  They try to scare you into thinking that your variable rate VA loan payment (which is erroneous or just a scare tactic as my VA loan is fixed) is going to increase if you don't refinance.

I filed a complaint with the FTC DNC.  If that for some reason does not help, I'll look up the company in the NY state corporation commission (212 is in NY), get the names of their company officers and start returning he favor of contacting them to let them know what I think of their tactics in a legal but very direct manner.

I am with all of you in being tired of spam and scams.  Be a part of the solution by taking effective action and not just venting.  That's what will stop the calls.

Not wanting to rant, just trying to help.

This number calls every other day, in the morning or in the evening. No one answered, just hear heavy breathing and if the answering machine answers, no message is left. Please have them invesitgated.

robo callers, never leave vm. these people need to be aggressively prosecuted

They have been calling for over a year. Each time I tell them that they have the wrong number. they say "i'm sorry" and then call back a few weeks later.

I just got a call from this number. They are called Direct Source mortgage. Trying to scare VA mortgage holders into refi. The lady kept on telling me my lender went out of business and that I would never pay off my house. Beware! Very aggressive. Very degrading and kept telling me I would never pay off my house.....

these people at this number just called me now. The guy even said my name but I denied that was me, I don't like these nosey pushy Solicitors who invade your privacy and call from behind a black curtain asking for you. My house was just sold and he was asking about if I own the house I told him it was sold and he hung up.

Caller: You have a VA mortgage loan, correct?
Me: No.
Caller: Then you're on a fixed rate loan, right?
Me: No.
Caller: Oh, Ok. Sorry to bother you.

Called today. Didn't say anything. I tried to call back and I got nothing

They have called many times, 3 times a day. I finally answered and they are direct source mortgage. They have called from a different number before and I told them no. When I told them I was on the no call list, he said "I am not sure what that is". Just tell them to not call again. Mortgage sharks is all they are.

I want this number to stop call me.  they are not leaving a message and saying nothing when the phone is answered

I received a call from 212-400-63245. Do not know what it is in regards to as they did not leave a message and I do not know who it is or what it is in regards to. I know it is not a debt so, I really hate getting these calls. I tried to find who the number belong to ,but had no success.

Number called 4 times today. When my answering machine answers they hang up.

Just got a call from this number and it went to the machine and left a message ".... ... ... You damn f****n bi*** from the sixes, high sixes".

This number calls at least once a day.  I am on the do not call list, but they don't care.

I got a call from the same number on the same day.  They called about 3 times back-to-back and never left a message.  My phone service picked it up but they just kept say "hello".
