Call me and hung up

I just applied for some grants / scholarships and I must have filled out an ad. I think that may have triggered it?

I got a call from 212/401-1252 and they hung up when I answered

They called four time within hours time I answer and nothing from them

This number 212-401-1252 just keeps ringing my phone they have already called multiple times this morning.  I have not answered any of the calls just let them go to voice mail however they never leave a message.  It's just so annoying.

They kept clling an im not gonna give them the satisfaction on answering it. How do they get your number?

who are they and how do i get them to stop calling

They called 3x I answer no one said anything until the last called they asked to speak to me and pronounce my name wrong then hung up. What kind of business is this? Very rude I'm not satisfied!!!

The callerID on this number says "Jacobowitz."  Didn't answer the call - whoever these people are, I'm not giving them the satisfaction.
