this # keeps calling me over and over on my work phone & its a fax.  sooo annoying.

I work at ECNext as the telecommunications administrator.  This number is not one of ours, so please do not ask anyone at ECNext about this.  The previous poster is correct that this number traces back to some addresses in Manhattan that house financial institutions.  Those places have no idea of this number or anyone associated with it either, so contacting them is futile as well.  The number is currently disconnected, so probably bogus if you are getting calls on it now.  Please complain to the proper FCC/FTC authorities and check with your phone company to see where the calls may be coming from.  Thanks.
