daily calls to my cell anyone know who this is.

its a government scam. dont answer it or give out any personal info!

recieved a call around 2:20 PM, the answering machine picked up.  No one said anything but I could hear background noise with a lot of inaudible talking as if a room full of telemarketers. This went on for a little while before they hung up.

I got the same call except after him trying to string me along he finally said oh if we can't use ur acct then we can use western union but he wanted $200 and got real defensive when I questioned the reason for the didn't make any kind of sense he gave me an ext to call him back wit my info and when I did someone answered like u wpould answer ur house phn I asked for david and cussed him out for being a fraud and he had the nerve to call my phn 5-6 times back 2 back and left a mess. Asking why I hung up all im sayin is wit the way the economy is for all of us exspecially us single moms just pissed and had enough of this nonsense

I received a call from this number asking for me.  It was a man with an Indian accent who told me that he was from the U. S. [something] department.  I asked him to repeat the department name, but I still didn't understand it on the repeat (it was short, sounded almost like "mens" or something?)  He said that I had won a $5000 grant from the government that I would never have to pay back.  I hung up when he started trying to verify my info because then I was certain it was a scam.  He called back immediately but didn't leave a message, just sort of breathed into the phone for about 15 seconds.

they called asking for my hubby i told them he was busy. they said they were calling from his bank (they named his bank) and got real nasty when i would not verifu how to spell the last name; i asked if they were from the bank then surely they would have the correct spelling of our last name?@! then they started with lewd disgusting sexual comments, and i transferred the call to my local police station lol.

so after a half an hour of calling me, me ignoring them, calling me emediately after and me ignoring them again- so on and so forth they changed their number to 620-430-2221. And they started calling me one after another... ugh.

So exactly 41 minutes after I hung up on them, they called me back. I ignored it and they called me back. Oh! and now my phone's ringing and it's them! grrrrrr. That's 4 calls in just over half an hour!

I got the same call! Right down to the indian guy. When I wouldn't give him my account number he said, "Well, if we don't have your account number how can we give you your money?" I replied, "You have my address. Mail me a check." When he started arguing with me I just hung up on him.

I was pretty skeptical all along, so I started asking questions, especially after he asked for my bank information (which I don't give to anyone let alone a stranger on the phone). After a few questions he started to become very defensive when he was telling me how safe it is, and that I am not the only one receiving this grant, so I just hung up the phone. Sounds like a scam where they send you a check and it bounces.. I don't really know how it works, but I know its not good...
