Caller talked to my husband and asked him if he wanted to refill his Rx.  Caller said he was from an Rx Processing Co. out of Brooklyn, NY.  We've NEVER ordered any meds over the internet or phone, nor do either of us even take the meds he was specifically referring to.  Probably a scam of some sort, but didn't follow up much more.  My husband got a couple of names from the caller associated with the "company": Ed Parker, Christina Davis & James Spero.

Caller refused to provide physical address other than Brooklyn, NY after attempting to explain that she was not permitted to provide personal information over the phone.  I explained that I was asking specifically for the company or organization's information and I got Brooklyn, NY and the telephone number indicated here.

Very odd.

They are at it again.  Caller ID says they are calling from 212-738-9029.  The "return" call number they give is 212-531-0313.
Same RX scam as mentioned above.
By the way "212" isn't Brooklyn.

Caller refused to provide any physical location information other than Brooklyn, NY and the 212-531-0313 number.  She (Jeanine) insisted I was a former customer and they were following up.  I never ordered meds online nor do I take any, so this was all quite bizarre.  I'll be following up with my state attorney general's office.

This is so crazy! The same number called me with a very thick accented man, who went by the name "King Soloman" or something like that (I could hardly understand him) so at that point I knew something was up. Then he specifically asked for me & told me it was time to refill my meds & he could do this at a 20% discount only for me...I don't get any meds right now so I knew this wasn't true. He said he was from RX Processing. And told me when I needed my meds refilled to call him back. I just felt so uneasy about this guy knowing my full name & number, I googled it & can not believe this many ppl are getting these calls. I really hope they don't continue to call me everyday or don't have any other personal info about me!

Received call Nov. 12, 2007 12:25PST. Male voice (foreign) calling in regards to my "prescription refill". Caller ID and stated callback numbers were different (212-738-9029 vs 212-531-0313). Called back and spoke to "Ben" (different male voice) who would not specify how he got my number. "Ben" asked if i was a former member of an online pharmacy.

The woman called me last night for a xanax refill I had supposedly made. I asked her what web address I had used but she couldn't tell me due to confidentiality laws. She did know my name and address where the drugs were delivered months ago. The call ended when I told her I suspected this was identity theft and I was going to speak to the police.

I received a call from 212-531-0313 and someone said I am due for a refill of Xanax?!  I have never taken Xanax or any other benzodiazepine before so I knew it was a crock.

I wasn't home when these people called but apparently it was a lady by the name of "Amy" and she had an accent.  She claimed that I had a prescription that was denied and wished to speak to me directly.  My parents asked about the prescription and she said that it was confidential that I was to talk to her.  Im really glad I found this website as I thought I was being scammed and they were trying to steal some information or something.

I have been receiving calls from this number too on my cell. Began 2 days ago. I have yet to answer it because I certainly didn't recognize the number.  The weird thing is, over the last 2 to 3 weeks, I have also been receiving 'international' calls on my cell phone from another company that is trying to sell me prescriptions (more than likely out of India because I can hardly understand them).  I just do not understand what is going on here?  Why am I all of the sudden receiving these phone calls about "prescription" drugs? Only prescriptions I get come from my Doc and local pharmacy, so what's going on here?  Where are 'they' getting my cell phone number from?

i just received 3 calls from them...the first time i said i was not interested as i was having a little bit of trouble understanding the woman, but could get enough out of it to know what she was pedaling.  she immediately called back on a different line, this number was 305-800-1000 from florida.  she asked what i said as I hung up.  i was appalled by her directness so i said i didn't really understand her, that she should speak english.  i immediately received a 3rd call, again from the 305-800-1000 number and upon answering, she asked if I understood english.  let's just say that my voice went up in volume and there were a few expletives thrown at her before i hung up

I received a call from this number tonight, did not answer - blocked my caller ID and called it back, was busy, then just rang off the hook. Then did a google search and it came up as:

James Spero
(212) 531-0313      313 W 116th St,  New York, NY 10026

It's a Verizon landline

- then found this page. I keep getting bizarre spoof calls and it all started this week! WTF!

I received a phone call from this number. My husband answered the phone and the gal on the other end asked for me by name. She wanted to confirm a prescription refill that I had placed. Sure, now you want to sell me a bridge, right?

Tryed to give me 20% off prescription medication that I dont even take. They said that according to there records on file, I have filled a prescription for Xanax 3 months ago, when in fact this is not true. I think someones using my name or something to obtain medication, or this place is trying to scam me.I dont kno how they got my name or cel phone number, but its not ligit thats for sure. When I asked the woman on the phone her name she wouldnt say. I asked where this information was taken from and what pharmacy it was filled atm and at this point she hung up the phone on me!
