Another medical alert scam. I blocked some but this one you can't call back

# called 5:22 p.m. 12-17-13 - caller id NY NY.  If I don't recognize the #, I don't answer -- home or cell. Most callers hang up before call goes to voice mail.  

I just had a call from this number on the 18th, above.  They must be getting desperate and think I wanted them to call back again.  Uh-huh.

this comkpany calls 2 to 3 times a day. i wish they would not call at all. it is hard to get any work done when they call all the time. i won't answer the phone.

ID says New York...probably spoofed...have gotten several the past three days...My home phone...just turn off the ringer..when I see a number I recognize I call it back..Junk calls like these just get deleted..Do Not rely on the Do Not Call List...these guys don't care.

We got a call yesterday  (17 Dec 2013)  from this number at 4:43 pm. The caller ID was UNKNOWN NAME. It has been added to our call blocker. This is apparently a new number for these scammers.

I didn't have my glasses on, so I picked up and didn't say anything.  As soon as I heard "attention seniors", I hung it up.

called, number only shows on id, did not answer. no message left.  Just recently re-upped my registration on the do not call list and am getting just as many calls as ever, maybe more.

they called my house at 9:20PM and did leave there stupid message - QUIT CALLING

did not recognize number so did not answer. no message left on machine, just a hang up. ANNOYING! & I am on do not call list. caller ID said out of area.

They called me 9:38pm, definite scammers, even if the company was legit they wouldn't risk a law suit calling after 9pm. They tell you that you have a package waiting for pick-up for something medical. They are trying to play off the medical companies in these troubling times. I've blocked these people before on a different number. Just watch out they are scammers they want your credit card number just to steal from you, which is not covered by your credit cards fraud coverage.

Received call at 8:51 p.m. I just press on and immediately press off. If they call the second time, I block the number.

Received a call from this number tonight. Did not answer and no voicemail. Thanks to this site, will continue to ignore in the future.

Robo calling, prerecorded message for some type of medical alert.
Nearly always a criminal scam.

Never buy from any telemarketer -- you might be funding terrorists.

The only reason the medic alert for seniors scammers call us, is to get our credit card numbers, so they can cheat us!

Idiots called me, didn't recognize the number so I did not answer the phone. I've been getting calls from criminals trying to push the medical alert scam lately, they won't quit. They didn't leave a message.

Blocked one of these, they tried now using  212-539-9573.   The same tired, sad, wheezy
medical alert scammer.   Perhaps they are faking all the old NYC phone booth numbers,
you sure can imagine a slouching slobberer working out of a gritty old phone booth!
