I got a call from these people and I didn't even give them this number, it's unlisted. These people are losers because they didn't even show their name on the calller id. They can't even leave a message on my answering machine. TRASH THAT'S ALL THEY ARE!!!!!!!!

I am getting HOUNDED by calls from this number...but the calls are for 2 different people...melissa caldwell and shawn demele [sp] I have no CLUE who they are. We got this phone number last June. I have made repeated calls to this number,telling them that is not me. One person said I was lying, 2 others said they would make sure my number was removed from their database. I think they ought to have to try and verify the number before they start these calls. All day and night. I complained to ftc.gov about this. After googling this number, I can see they are scum.

These people called my number months ago, asking for some other person that happens to have the same last name as I do.  When I told them to stop calling my number (and using up my minutes!) they turned very RUDE!  They said they would remove my number, when now, months later a different person from this firm is calling my number again!  And again, they turn rude and are annoyed when I let them know that their calls are unwanted and they  have the wrong number!  They think they are so slick by calling any number that appears with the same last name and lie saying the person they are looking for had this number before I did, when I've had the same number for 11 years!

Paula, who was the consumer debt defense attorney you hired?  I was just served a debt collection lawsuit by Mel Harris & Associates.  I live in NYS.

I was sued in NY by Mel Harris & Assoc. on behalf of LR Credit regarding a credit card.  I hired a consumer lawyer and we won my case saving me thousands of dollars!  If you are sued by them don't do nothing, get help like I did.  I know people who did nothing and now they are having their bank accounts frozen and wages garnished by collection agencies.
