I got a call a few days ago. Don't know who it is or how they got my number. No message when I didn't answer.

I called back the # but there are weird noises when it connects. A weird shrill sound then like tin cans dropping or something and the noise level changing.
I don't know who called and I reported it to donotcall.gov
