I am guilty of doing the same. I am using their demo software and sent them an email though their sight asking them to stop soliciting me. I told them at the point where I needed to talk to them I would contact them

don't worry Et Al, the calls will stop. I did the same thing and once I realized what I'd done, duh, I just didn't answer and they didn't call very much.

Okay - NOT funny.
They called 10/21/2008 at 1647. I was not please when I plugged in the number and found I had already reported it here.
The "Unknown Name" happens sometimes when CallerID misses the signal. I've seen it happen from time to time.
Guess I'll have to contact them and tell them to quit calling.
