Got 2 calls so far

I've received the same nuisance call a couple of times months apart - with the same exact MO (method of operation). I won't return the call.

keeps calling me at work and acts like he knows me or it's something very important.  Never leaves a message of the purpose of his call except that his name is JOHN KORTESE (spelling???) form Casimir or Kassemer??? I never called back.
