Just got a call from this number. They spoke spanish, but did say my name. I said sorry I speak english and the woman replied sorry too goodbye, in english. Very strange.

I got a call from this number this morning.  It was a quiet, delicate female voice with an accent, a lot of air in the line like she was calling from another country with the call being routed thru a USA phone number or line...like the calling cards you buy that allow you to place calls from other countries to the USA.  Those calls show up with an American phone number, not a phone number from overseas.  

She asked for some guy's name, Tyler somebody, and I told her she had the wrong number.  Then she said "Oh, excuse me.  I'm calling for Tyler (forgot the last name)."  I told her there was no one by that name here...she has the wrong number.  She then said that she needed to speak with the person who is in charge of the electric bill.  I told her again, "This is not Tyler's phone number, I do not know who he is and you have the wrong number."  THEN she asked me to tell her my full name for her records.  I told her that I will not give her my information, that if she ever calls me again I will call the FCC, and not to ever contact me again.  Then I hung up.

They have been calling and calling.  When I answer the phone, nobody speak.  I am tired of it.

Palabra a dios!  I got the same thing they called and said S*** asked for my name and said it was regarding direct TV and I don't use direct TV so they just said thank you and hung up.

Same as above.  total BS.

Just rec'd a call. Did not answer, quickly located this site and read the messages. Thanks for the update. There's so much to be concern and now we have these bums on our list.

Scam call. suspicious enough that I looked up the number on google.  asked for me by name. then said it was regarding con edison.  I said I didn't use con edison and then he said thank you and hung up.  He had an accent.  The company was aptela.

Got a call, no message left.
