It is a collections agency...Plaza Associates in NY.

I missed the call from this number today. Thank you all for posting these information at Web. I will not call back.

These people are in a fishing expedition looking for somebody with the same last name as me but not me. Don't call them back .It is a debt collector and someone call carlos rivera saying he has god news .

I answered one of his many calls and told him I wasn't who he was looking for and now he keeps calling and making threats and telling me to call back.  I wish I could report him and get him fined.

I answer the phone and the person asked for me
and I said I do not know that person.
I later checked and it was from MCI  Worldcom Communications Inc.
Landline NYC.

I received a call from this number asking for a womer whom I do not know. I ask who the caller was first, then advised that the they got the wrong number. The caller was a complete j*** off and gave me an additude for not telling him that it was the wrong number at the beginning of the phone call, then hung up on me! The f**ker has enough balls to call me back just to argue with me agian!!!! I called 866-584-3222 and of course the receptionist has an additude too. My only question was to know the company that called me, but of course she would not tell me anything other than that its a law group.

This number calls me at all times in the day; I just received a call form the "collection agency" about 5 mins ago. I don't know who they're looking for and it's super annoying to get 5 messages a day from them.

They said they wanted to discuss a business venture

Debt collectors. Won't give any info. Very rude...Don't answer...

I have been receiving the same messages.  However, it is Mitchell N. Kay, P.C. - Law Offices.

I had to voluntarily let a vehicle go back to Honda about 3 years ago due to illness.  I explained that to Honda.  It did hit my credit report.  Finally, I started receiving these phone calls the last month or so, and just received a letter stating they'd settle my account for 40% off of the price of the original debt.  They do seem to be jerks - I have not had any contact with them - just messages, and mail to me.  I don't take their calls.  Sounds like they have a bad rep, based off of these other postings by people.

Hey i just called them back and the lady  (who yes does mumble quite a bit!) answered. She said she talks so fast because otherwise the message will cut her off. She told me I would be removed from the list. Call 866-844-7830. MItchell and Kay.
I, just like you, have no idea who they were calling for.

Lawyer Mitch Kay is also involved with Plaza Associates and MKM Acquisitions. His organizations have a bad reputation for FDCPA and FCRA violations. They hire under-trained semi-desperate collectors who are hell-bent on a paycheck at any cost.

Got a call from 212-847-1212.  
Spoke to some lady and she said she was from a law firm named Mithchel and Kay. Refused to leave any info or identify herself.  I tried to call back and the line was busy. I then looked up the number and called 866-584-3222. Spoke to some guy and he refused to give the name of the company. All he would do is ask for my name. After I told him my first name he refused to give me the name of the company. Sounds like a scam. Dont give these people any info. Sounds like Buffalo scum. Look at www.budhibbs.com

CALLED SEVERAL TIMES LEAVING A MESSAGE FOR SOMEONE WITH THE SAME LAST NAME THAT I DO NOT KNOW. WHEN I PICKED UP THE PHONE, I REQUESTED THEY DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME WITHOUT ANSWERING. I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEIR PHONE WAS BUSY.

They keep calling a private residence and hammering an individual that is 92 years old.  This individual has no debt.  They keep asking about a person that passed away
in 1998.  This is just plan harrassment.  It happens 5 to 6 times a day

They Claim they are "PLAZA ASSOCIATED" and left a call back number of
866-584-3222  ext 214. But they wouldn't give out any information on where they are located.
