This was an automated "bank notice" telling me my ATM account was suspended. The recording was poor quality and after hanging up and contacting my Bank I was told the call was most likely a ID theft scam.
Beware!!

I too received a phone call at 1am. I certainly do not appreciate being woken up to be scammed.

I'm thankful that other people have left comments confirming my suspicion that this was a fraudulent call.

I actually called the number back. After several rings an answering machine picked up with an man announcing that I'd reached Han at Neophase. The man has a heavy Asian accent. Pretty stupid to leave an outgoing message stating your name when you're attempting to defraud/scam people...

Called my house at 1 am saying in digital voice, "Your account has been deactivated because it has been accessed by a third party."

Of course its some scammer wanting to get some info out of me.

I was hoping to speak with someone in person to work on some profanity combos.

I would like to deactivate the caller's face with my fist.
