Hi all ive just had a phone call, answered it there was a 8 second delay then a recorded female voice said "GOOD BYE" i pressed 1471 to try and trace who it was and the caller was not known "with held".
This is the first time ive had one of these calls, and im ex-directory and have also been registered with TPS for 6 months now, so why and how am i getting this ??? Im in the north of england.

got a call from this number no response and when I called it back it claims the number to be disconnected...

Just called, left no message. I think the previous posters are right on- someone's phishing. Don't answer.

Gosh this number has been calling for two weeks now and nothing comes out, and hungs up immediately.who the heck is calling me from 2129463788.

been getting calls frm this # for wks. when i would answer it would just be dead or be some kind of recording saying "goodbye". callrd again today...someone actually was on the line this time, some kind of " nation wide after mrkt extended warrenty". told her i wasnt outta of warrenty and i was trading it in anyways! if im on the dnc list why are these jerks still calling?   did find out that if you have vz cell service you can block unwanted calls/emails/texts.

called my house and did not speak, after 15 seconds an automated voice said 'goodbye' then hung up.

They hung up when I answered.

Called today asking for Wanda. Informed them that there is no one here by that name.  They said "Ok.  We will take you off the list."

It is a number from Hoboken, NY -land line

Received a call from this number this morning. Didn't answer it because I don't know anyone in that area code. I will report it as well.

I got a call from this number also, no one speaks, just sits there. Tried to call it back on my work line, and I got the same as everyone else. A message stating that number is no longer in service. What a waste of time. I will report it as well.

I reported the number to the local FBI and recommend others do the same.  FBI said I should report it to my phone company and I recommend that to others, also.  Let's cut off thee people!!!!

The same number call me a woman called me by my first name but then she hung up.,.i called back but it was disconnected,.., sumin funny about dat and how in the hell did she know m name

Received 6 calls in last two weeks.  If someone is there, they don't say anything.  I tried to return the call and it came back that the number was no longer in service.  What's going on?

Also been getting calls from this number.  Don't know who there are but they never leave any messages.
