Someone just calls and hangs-up without speaking.

It's KAPLAN Test Prep trying to sell you test materials.

Called the number back, it was Kaplan.  There was an automated response, but I just pressed "0" to go to an operator.  After a minute a representative picked up, I asked to have my number removed and they obliged.  Apparently the number is from Kaplan's New York office, and they call from that number to see if you're interested in stuff that they offer.

Any way to stop call to cell #?

yeah wow they called me like 5 times in the past couple days and im pissed! i never picked up once! has anyone figured out how to stop these jerks?

This is really bizarre, but i'm glad i'm not the only one... How did they even get out numbers?

It's KAPLAN trying to sell you overpriced test prep materials and courses.

They've called twice so far, and have left no message. I don't respond to numbers from strange area codes. I also don't reply to missed calls if there's no message left. Is there a way to get them to stop?

They've called me twice.  You would think a business would leave a message.

this number calls me twice a day for the past week or so. i picked up once. told them to stop. and they still call me. kaplan or not, they need to stop.

Same problem--they've literally called me 5 times in the past week.  I asked them to call me back when they called while I was at work.  Then they called back 10 minutes later.  Then 4 times the next day, all in a row, like I would see the repeated calls and call back.  

When I spoke with them, I asked them to take me off their list. No luck yet.

I got five or six calls this week from the number too, and I also don't pick up unknown numbers & I don't call back unless they leave a voicemail. What are they calling about??

Kaplan. Signed up for free practice exam and giveaway they were doing LAST YEAR at my old school and they just started calling this month. Always hangs up after a few moments, and they call my cell phone multiple times a day.

They also call repeatedly from an 800 number (800-527-8378)despite me telling them each time that I'm not interested in their services and would appreciate it if they'd stop calling me.

Called continuously for 2 days.....did not answer.....looked it up on the internet.

They called 2 days in a row.  I answered the second one, and after a pause, a voice spoke with a Middle Eastern accent.  I hung up without listening further.

Idk who it is, they've called like 5 times already I've answered 2x already and no ever answers. All I hear is someone breathing on the other side. And they don't leave messages. It's really annoying.

They called me 7 times in the last two days. I never answered as I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. It's probably Kaplan as I signed up for their giveaway. I wish they would stop calling.

Answered, a girl said Hello, I said Hello back, no response. Then they hung up.

They have called me 7 times, from two different numbers. It's always at night or on the weekends.
