they called saying i owe money

They did the same to me, but i called their bluff. Tried to threaten that the police would be at our door the next day. Little did they know I am a Police Officer and since I handle all the finances I knew we didn't owe any money to anyone (debt free). I asked them to fax me proof that I owed. They kept trying to scare me with the police and avoided the question. They tried to say they were from sonicash.com. Very heavy indian accent and were trying to use american names. Be carefule and don't let them push you into giving them personal info (IE credit card, bank acct) They are scammers.

Man with heavy accent, lots of noise in background, said I owed money and that tomorrow at 11AM someone was coming to get me and taking me to court. Asked what he was talking about, kept saying you'll find out tomorrow.  Then he finally said something about oweing $5000.00 to sonic cash which I don't. Even knew my social.  Had me really upset until I read other peoples experiences which was the same as mine.

We experienced the same as both of you.  My husband is a retired police officer and he kept trying to ask the guy questions which he would not answer.  We finally got the same story as both of you, that we stole money from them because we took out an online loan, cashed the check on our Bank of America account (we do not have a Bank of America account) and have not paid them back.  He keeps threating that the police will be knocking on our door.  He has called REPEATEDLY for three days now.  I called the police tonite after about the 20th call and filled charges of harassing phone calls.  I also got our number on the National Do Not Call List, so hopefully that will help to stop his calls.

There was one funny moment the other night when my husband was talking to this guy.  My husband kept telling him that he wanted to talk to someone who could speak English.  I was listening on one of the other handsets.  My husband got frustrated and hung up, I was still on the other phone and the guys says, "but I'm the only one in the office".........and I could hear all the noise of other people in the background!!! It's sad to think that he will actually get some people caught in his scam.

I also got a message from 213-221-1422 and said that I should have my lawyer call, yes they keft a threarening message they also
told me that they are with soniccash.net. the FBI is investigating.

Got the same message to call Ray Wilson...this is a scam!!  Read the notes for 805-456-1720, and 310-747-3307.  They are calling from India...do not send them a dime...and report them....once their numbers get shut down they move on to other ones....

The got a message saying to call this #. The call came from 415-294-9979 and it was a foreign guy name Carl Johnson.

They call me all the time - foreign accents, threatening messages - saying I need to have my lawyer call them - any idea who this is?
