I have had the same situation, same guy, same threats. Unfortunatly I did send that fax with a photo of my I.D and a "promisary note" to pay on this date. but I got a call today on my works phone from "danny Mccoy" and he used a different date and if I remember hearing him correct he used the wrong company name where it originated from.

received many calls from this number and they are threating court action. Sounds very suspicious and they do not give up when asked for another person or superior to speak with. Also kept asking for a fax number or a debit card number.They told me to get a pre-paid Wal-Mart card and use my address to send the payment.

i just received 13 messages from these people...do you have a contact number that I can report this abuse to also

I received 2 calls so far from this man named Danny McCoy and he said that a person that I know took out a loan from his client and he did'nt pay it back. The person who took out the loan put myself and another person down on affidavits and said since they can't find the person who took out the loan that I'm liable.  It had to be paid by 5pm pacific time on Friday, October 14 or we would be served with papers on October 18 and have to go to court on October 20.  I told them I have no contact with the person who took out the loan, he said he didn't care and that I am now liable.  Beware of this number.

Same harassing calls about going to court, etc. but this person has your personal information, scary !

I receive a call from that same number.  Saying his name is Danny or Dun McKoy, calling from B and Brown Law Firm.  I will be going to court over someone used my name as a grarantee.  Ask where will I be going to court.  I will get all of that information when they serve me my papers.  So everyone out there be aware of that caller or number.

Yep. I received over 20 calls from this number and from a guy named McCoy.  Saying he was from a law firm and I will be arrested if I don't pay for a loan.  Very intimidating. They tried to get me to fax over my I.D. card and my debit card number. REPORT IT TO THE FBI - THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS GUY!

This number is coming out of L.A.
and scaming lawsuits
or threating them

Received 3 voice mails today regarding a "serious matter" on my social security number for a pay day loan. I know its bogus but heads up for phone number 1-213-221-2882. Called himself Dun McCoy.
