They keep calling and never leave a message. I have tried to a a manager to remove my number but they just laugh and make a joke of it.

I have ran the Collections Department at a National Payday Loan company for over 5 years now. I continually get calls from these people. TRUST ME, I KNOW THE PAYDAY LOAN TRAP BETTER THAN MOST PEOPLE, and I WOULD NEVER TAKE A LOAN FROM ONE OF THESE PEOPLE!! When they argue, cannot give you specific info - THEY ARE A SCAM!!

TO ANYONE WHO THESE PPL CLAIM THEY OWE THEM MONEY: Payday Loan companies cannot exactly be candid when speaking with you. They must be able to tell you the date the money was received, amount, how it appears in your account and what not. THEY DO NO HAVE TO DISCUSS EACH PAYMENT YOU HAVE MADE, but they have to give you this info at the very least.

When dealing with these people, one of the best things that you can do is right off the bat let them know that you are on a recorded line. Ask to speak with a Manager, take down their name, number, and employee badge id, THEN REPORT THEM!

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY BEFORE YOU VERIFY IS IT YOUR ACTUAL DEBT!!

Just got this one today saying he was from GE Capital and I have been prequalified for a loan for $4,000.  When I said "I didn't apply for a loan".  The man said "You filled out an application online.".  When I told him I did not, he said "ok thanks, have a good day."  I guess they're just waiting for someone who doesn't remember what they did!  Awful scam.

i get about 10 calles a day from this (214)702-5785 number and they say they are G-Capital and are a loaning company. i have asked them about 4 times to put my number on the do-not call list and they keep calling. i have tried calling back but it just goes silent, not even ring.  

LOL you're the only one spoiling your "company's" name. you cant spell, articulate a sentence or use proper grammar.
Even if you were a legitimate company, which you're clearly not, who would want to do business with someone who

I have had numerous calls from 214-702-5785. Calls are continuous day and evening. The refuse to identify themselves, either just silence or you can hear people talking in the background with a foreign language. Even tried to block calls, extremely annoying!!!

hey they are not scams they are geniun but sum scamrs are using their name and numbers to scam people .even ive visited to ge capital i spoke with manager he s a gud person dont know about otherss but ive got my loan in2 hours and am satisfied with this bank .thanks

Well pretty much the same thing here.. these calls started today though I suspect this jerk has been calling me from'different' numbers for about a week now. He has represented himself as an online loan service and calling in answer to my online application. I HAVEN"T APPLIED FOR ANYTHING ONLINE! Have asked repeatedly to not be called again... Today these numbers have called 5 times in the last 2 hours... When I let it go to Voicemail there is no message. So I called it back and he answered representing himself as GE Capital!.. My next call is to the authorities to see where I can call and report this idiot... I'm thinking FCC or FBI...

I started to randomly receive these calls as well.  So many times a day it is hard to keep count.  They are always asking for someone I dont even know.  If you tell them that or ask them to stop calling they just hang up.  I had started to send it right to voice mail but then theres the hassle of cleaing it all the time.  The very next time I saw the number on caller id I answered it San Anselmo Police Department how may I help you.  Havent gotten a call since.

This is ONE indian man, btw guys. He is a SCAM! He called me last night at 8 pm while I was trick or treating with my son. I told him that I had asked them to take me off of there call list numerous times and that they need to stop calling me 20 times a day. He then said to me "No, no no! I can call you WHENEVER I want AS MANY times as I want." I said "Excuse me? You cannot talk to me like that. I am trying to trick or treat with my child and I have asked you to stop calling me IDK a hundred times." He then said to me "B****, I can call you whenever I f***g want."  and hung up on me. That made me EXTREMELY angry. You are going to call me, harass me, ON A HOLIDAY, and then proceed to CUSS at ME?! I lost it, but I did not want to ruin my child's trick or treating time, so I waited until today to call back. The same indian prick answered. I called, he answered, I explained to him that I wanted to make a complaint and that someone there had cussed me out last night while I was trying to trick or treat with my kid. He began to act like he was going to do something, then laughed and said "HAHAH that was ME that called you last night." and then hung up on me. PLEASE report this man. He is not online a scammer, but an a**hole too.
