My husband and I also got a call from this number.  It too was charged to our toll free number.  How can this garbage be stopped????

This number is on our business 800 # for 22 minutes at 3:56 a.m and cost $21.34. Not even sure if a message was left.  I just see this on the bill a month later.  Not good!

Calling into Eastern Canada as well, and costing me a time and money....this needs to be halted.

Call originates in Los Angeles, CA 90014

Between Sept '11 and March '12 we received 2,545 calls from this number. Most of which were silent. Some had what appears to be a political show playing in the distant background.

It is some sort of bot program. They have called over 1,300 of our Toll-free numbers. I am blocking it through AT&T Route-It. ;-)

I am a Quebequer, living in Montreal and we have enough of our own phonegate in Canada.

And even though I could vote in the States, I'd be democrate.

I keep receiving politically motivated calls from this number.

The part of the message I heard had to do with jobs.
its sad that this republican caller is interfering with peoples jobs/businesses in the process.

Sounds like Rush Limbaugh to me.  Called my cell phone.  Political calls are exempt from the Do Not Call list, but it's illegal for them to call cell phones.  Call came from Los Angeles.

I listened to some of his message and understand that he's pissed off at the Obama administration (and rightly so). It's just not cool to use spam calling to get your point across.

Personally, I don't like ANY unsolicited calls.

He called my business on our toll-free number and left a long rambling rant that sounded like a TV or radio show. It seems to be poltical but I can't make sense out of it. This person is the definition of crazy.

Called at 4:58 am to play the sound from the TV or radio into the phone until my answering machine hung up on him. It sounds like he's VERY into politics, although I couldn't tell what his point was. Just ranting and raving on and on.

He calls from MANY different numbers, not just this one. They are all spoofed calls (fake caller ID numbers)... someone needs a job

He's a wackjob that calls from MANY different numbers. I've received many and they are all spoofed phone numbers. Someone has too much time and should be out looking for a job

This wackjob actually called from a spoofed number, which is 626-241-1801. I traced the number which led me to this number: 213-226-8806. I thought I was the only one getting these retarded recordings, looks like I was wrong. I've received other calls from the same wackjob from an 818 area code too. Obviously he has nothing better to do with his time. Must be an unemployed psycho let out of the mental facility too soon. It's always political crap too. He's called both of my businesses.

They're calling my 800 number as well. The telco shows this number as originating number, but their caller ID showed: 866.770.7383

I have had the same problem.  What "authorities" have you reported this to?

Been billed for 3 minutes from this number and evidently I hung up on it twice in one day. This was on my 800 number. Glad I hung up on it.

On December 23rd answering machine apparently picked up on a call on our 800 number and it lasted 23 minutes. Checking messages it probably wasn't recognized and was erased without further ado.

It appears these "spam" calls are directed at 800 and 888 numbers

Rcc call and was charged by long distance carrier for the call. They need to STOP immediately as this number is on the Do Not Call List.

I actually listened to the entire 5 min long message and it is really quite true about what might just happen to our gov. I am a Republican and I do believe that this country is going to slop if we keep letting these non believer Demecrats in the wrong kind of morals keep running OUR country.

Got call on all three of my long distance 800 lines.  Each call exactly 21 minutes long.  Cost me a bundle and completely filled the answering machine each time.  I would like to strangle these people.

Found a 22 minute call from this number incoming to my Toll Free line in November.  Have no idea who/what this was.

I called the number back and it was an auto-hang-up. I tried three times and each time it connected the line just went to a dial tone.

I received a call from this number while out of the office. It went to voicemail that was 10 minutes long. The kicker: The call came in via my toll free number and cont me .75 cents. That's just WRONG!
