They are operating also as Elite Yachts with a post office box pretending to be a physical address.  I was offered a job with them and got concerned when I have never even met them.  I investigated briefly and realized that this was just another scammer getting better.

Odd...this person has started up again....I haven't answered a call yet...but have received a call on 10/19.2012 and another one a few minutes ago...11/8/2012....Haven't read any recent comments on this caller but they have surfaced again....Don't know what they are saying because they are shown as missed calls...but having read the above old comments I will be certain not to answer...

This number just called me. I answered once, no response on the other end. I will never answer again. Because of the economy there are hundreds of scams and fake bill collectors out there trying to make money.

The guy on this number keeps calling my parents' home and when my mom tells him that she doesn't need his company's help, he harasses her. Yesterday, he yelled at her and told her that he'd keep calling forever and would also come over to her house and rob her. Sick b*st%*d. I wish I could phone his house and harass him all day long...

I just got a recorded call from this number saying that they were WCA. They were selling some sort of insurance.

I received a call from these scammers today (caller ID showed# 213-232-4395) and immediately reported them to the FCC - as I do with ALL of these types of calls.

I just got a call from the same number and DID NOT PICK UP! I have a voice mail from the number with a drop call; just notified secret service law enforcement and they told me right now that person/number is *fishing* right now to see if someone will catch the bait.  If they are giving the last 4 digis from your SS#  9xs out of 10 they don't have the full number; my guess >>>reps from India that have access to your personal information from a credit card company or something of that nature...lots of credit card companies are hiring overseas so that could be a point to take.  If you do answer tell them you JUST notified US Secret Services and law enforcement regarding this number and hung up.

Yeah my fiance got a call from this lady who sounded like she was from the Bronx and she is saying how he commited check fraud and how he was gonna go to jail and get sereved with coury papers.... Well we got like nervous and asked all these questions about yhe company and they were rude and weird.the number that called him was 8664499463 these people need to be stopped.

I just got a phone call from this number - it was from a class action lawsuit against some type of birth control. I just hung up. but I dont like having these type of phone calls to my cell phone

Looks like this scam may have been resurrected! Got a call today, over 3 years since the last posting on this number 213-232-4395, unless its been reassigned. My computer telephony software registered the phone number and time of call. No message was left.

“Quik Cash” is consumer brand of QC Holdings (QC), an Overland Park, Kan.-based provider of short-term, “payday” loans. NEITHER QUIK CASH, QC HOLDINGS NOR ANY LEGITIMATE COLLECTION AGENCIES HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE CALLS.
Callers identify themselves as representatives of a collection agency called “A.C.S.” They typically confirm the victim’s identity, address, Social Security numbers, and bank information. They reference fake, overdue debts to “Quick Cash, “Sonic Cash” and other fictitious loan providers, and demand immediate credit card payments. They often reference fake court dates and possible imprisonment.
QC abides by collections standards set forth by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the Community Financial Services Association.

i received a call on friday afternoon from a man sounding of east indian origins. he said his name was mike reid. that if i or my retained attorney didn't call him that all he could do was wish me luck. so i called him back and he was extremely rude. i gave him my attorney's information, and he told me that i owed some company money for a cash advance. he said instead of chasing me around for the money, they we're just going to press charges against me. i went to my attorney's house and when she called and gave them her name, and bar number, they hung up on her!! my husband also called and they we're extremely rude and yelled at him to never call back there. They called me from 103-768-0433 but the call back number was 646-918-5083. i don't think they expexted a call from my attorney, but she is on the warpath to catch them now that they hung up on her!!!!!!

Same guy called me a month ago with the same #, he told me judgment has been filed against me. I don't remember getting any loan from quick cash. They'll be caught.

Received a call from a 919 number asking to call back this number and ask for Roger Grime.  Apparently I supposedly owe a payday loan that was never paid back (I'm military, we can't do that) back in December 2007.  He said that they emailed me my summons to appear in any court that was in my city.  I contacted the local District Attorney's office and filed a police report with the local law enforcement office.  If anyone receives this call, contact the local authorities.

got a call yesturday from this same guy. He scared the crap out of me with his threats of arrest. I was suppose to fax a letter saying I would make a payment of $200 today and the ramining $632 next week. I was scared and did the fax but later regreted it. I contacted the District court in my county and she said not to pay until I was sure about the loan. I don't remember getting a loan from Quick Cash and can't find any record of it. My account was closed several months ago so I am not worried about my account. I have tried to call the California number he gave me to ask for him to send me the info on the loan but the number has been busy for the last 5 hours.

I just received a phone call at work from this company telling me the same thing that i have a Payday loan with QuickCash that is delinquent.  They had all my  information correct and it is scary.  Damn scam companies, so I called Equifax and they helped me with steps to take so they dont open accounts against my name.  This is so freaking crazy and hope they catch the people that is conducting such acts.

So Mr "Eric Fernando" called back...this time I answered! It was really hard to understand him but from what I could make out he said there was something downloaded in my state and he needs my attorneys name and number. I then told him that I know this is a fraudlent scam and that I have reported this number to the local police department and I suggest he take me off the calling list. He then said.."how do you know" I said "because I've been doing some investigating on the number and the company" and he said "who told you, how do you know" at that point I was getting frustrated and told him that I couldnt understand him. he said "when our fraud people come to your state you can talk to them, until then I need your attorney info" I laughed and said "let me guess, if I dont give you the info I'll need to go to court on Monday, I'll be arrested at my place of employment, uhm...lets see, only God can save me and you wish me good luck, right!" there was a moment of silence and then he said..."who told you!" I told him to take me on the calling list and to stop calling me. As of right now, I have not gotten a call back but we'll see what today brings!

I did the same thing. My bank however has had to since cancel my CC's and reissue me a new account due to more recent activity (since the call). Not sure if it's the same people but I'm getting tired of it!! I also got 2 letters in the mail yesterday from Citiwide Financial stating there were 2 personal loan apps. $5,500 and $3,500. Whom ever this guys is needs to be taken down!!! This has screwed up my accounts and has been nothing but a hassle for me!!! I also looked into lifelock.com it's $10 a month.  Seems well worth the mind set for the small fee.  Good luck! Make sure you file with the FTC, Attny General, Local police, and banks.
