I have been recieving these calls since 2011. It is always the same guy with a accent wanting me to purchase drugs. At first I was polite but I seen he wasnt going to go away I began to annoy him back, such as scream a bloody sound until he hung up, call him several times in a row until he used not such nice language at me, tell him to hang on and lay the phone down and walk away. I have filed several complaints about this guy on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but nothing. I bought a phone that blocks numbers and now it is full. Yes all 30 blocked numbers are from him and yet he still obtains new ones to call me on. Creepy. His caller ID shows numbers from all over the United States. Oh and I must mention that not only does he try and sell you drugs but calls back and pretends to be a DEA agent that intercepted a package that contained drugs that i had purchased. What a joke. Does this guy really think that anyone would buy anything from him. He must get paid per call, b/c he is relentless.

Called my cell phone (which is registered with the Do Not Call registry, a lot of good that does!) twice within an hour of each other.  I told the guy not to call me and to remove my number on the first call, and just ignored the second call.  So very annoying.

just had a call from this #...sounds like the same guy who calls from "online pharmacy" from #'s in Oregon, California, Utah, and Texas that have come in lately.  Totally annoying.

Also on the east coast and getting calls.... Wish there was a way to stop it!

Contact www.fbi.gov/contact.us give them the phone number.  These people that make these calls need to be turned in by everyone that recieve them.

It does't seem to matter if you are on the do not call list.  I got a call from this number also.  I just don't answer to calls I don't know.  I get them a lot.  Nothing to do about it .

This number just called me at work. I did not answer after Googling it and finding this. LIVID.

BETWEEN 10 AM EST. AND 1 PM THEY CALLED AT LEAST 10 TIMES AND LEFT 10 MESS. EXCEPT THERE WAS NO MESSAGE.
DO NOT CALL LIST DOES NOT WORK.
IF YOU HAVE SPRINT YOU CAN HAVE THEM BLOCK THE CALL.

I think the Tierzero name you saw is just the carrier (telco service provider) that telemarketing company is using.

They called my house twice within five minutes of each other. Our number is a private number and on the do not call list, and I have no idea how they got it. They claim to be online pharmaceuticals???

This number was on my call ID twice today but I wasn't home to answer and they did not leave a message. My call ID display said "TIERZERO". I tried looking it up. All I found was a web site,  http://www.tierzero.com/    And this, "Tierzero provides T1, T3, Metro Fiber Internet Business Ethernet, Hosted VoIP PBX and Enterprise grade  Phone and Internet service to Business Clients of all sizes in Southern California."          I live in New York. Wonder what they want from me???

Receiving calls from this number and they hang up. I am on the Do Not Call list.

I received a phone call from this number today 7/16 at 3:30 EST. As the previous poster stated, the caller was a man with a foreign accent attempting to sell me pharmaceuticals. I told the man that I was not interested in any services b/c I am not on any prescription medications. While I had difficulty understanding his accent, I believe the man said that no prescription was needed. He then proceeded to ask me if I took Xanax, to which I replied 'no, and if I did I certainly wouldn't purchase it over the phone.' The conversation ended after that. However, I am concerned that this is some illegal drug distribution 'company', and should be investigated. I wish I had asked for more details, but I was so taken aback by the absurdity of the call.

Just wondering if anyone has been getting calls from a foreigner at this number (Los Angeles) when I live on the EAST coast at 9 o'clock at night trying to either have them ship me either pharmaceuticals or maybe it was one of those 'you just won a million dollars' thingy so send 300.00 to get the money---So  it looks like I LAUNCH another investigation and track these foreign amnesty seekers down
