They called and before the phone was answered they said "Sorry, wrong number goodbye" and hung up.
You can report any call that plays a recording to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222. It only takes a few minutes and it will stop the calls after awhile.

I got the same call yesterday. They called my office phone and my cell phone, which I thought was weird. Same thing too. I try calling back and it is always busy. I sent a text, it went through, but no reply. Any information would be great.

I got the same call with whistling on it today as well several times. It even left a voicemail of whistling. I tried texting it and it is a landline so it wouldn't take a text. When I call back, it is always busy.

This number called over 100 times in a few hours. It is a recording of someone whistling. I cannot find anything out about this number or the calls yet. Any information would be great.
