This Travis Walker person has called me multiple times (or his company at least).  When I was in Seattle a couple of months ago, I got the first call.  His receptionist or whoever said that there would be a warrant out for my arrest by the following Monday if I did not pay $250.00.  I freaked out, of course.  They also told me that I needed to get an attorney and everything.  I talked to my roommate, then even went so far as to call my parents who paid for me to get back to Oklahoma because it was obviously a scam.  They have called once or twice since I have been back here in Oklahoma.  On my way back here, they called.  Since I found out it was a scam, I have yelled and cussed them out each time.  Try to cheat me out of $250.00 and threaten my arrest?  I don't think so!  Luckily I didn't pay it (didn't have it), so no worries there, but they sure did piss me off!  It's fun to chew somebody out, though.  They are a piece of s*** who need to get a real job.  Foreign accent with the receptionist and Travis Walker and everybody else I talked to.  In all, I think I've talked to about four different people and none of them were American.  Don't fall for their crap.  You will NOT have a warrant out for their arrest.  If you know there's a possibility of something they're saying being true, check the facts.  Get with your police department/detectives, whoever else may be involved with the situation, etc.  It is always better safe than sorry so you're not out any money that you have worked your a** off for.

This number called my work and threatened me with legal action AND hoped that God would help me. Uh. What? Im not getting sued by anyone.

They called me twice, leaving voicemails both times. The message was left by a guy who sounded Indian or middle-Eastern. Couldn't understand him very well but what I did get was that a 'very time sensitive matter was at hand, that my attorney would need to be contacted immediately, for me to call them back immediately, and if not... God help my soul.' They didn't pick up on the first 3 times I called back. Finally my call was dealt with but the incompetent, unprofessional, non-American agent who answered gave me no information as to who they were or why they were calling. After my call became escalated and I demanded to speak to a manager, I was passed to numerous people who swore at me, threatened to kill me and to rape my sister. They turned the tables on me and would answer my question of, "who are you and why are you calling me?" with, "Who are YOU and why you calling ME!?" These guys continue to call me almost daily, over and over again. I once picked up and had the whole conversation again. He said not to f*** with him and his people because they had nothing better to do and would keep calling until their demand was met. He would not specify WHAT that was, more immaturity and threats. Then he said he was a terrorist. I have reported this elsewhere and am currently finding ways to have them prosecuted but be aware... They mean you nothing but harm.

The guy "John"....ya right....John...sure that's your name, cause you definitely sound like a John. Could barely understand him, very rude. So glad there are sites like this to let people know. I, too, filled out an Advanced payday loan, but never went through with it. These guys are truly pathetic!  Thank you all again!

Got a phone call today from these freaks. Crazy thing is, SOMEONE STOLE MY IDENTITY! They used all my information to apply for these loans, the company took $30 from my account in the form of an echeck. I called them, asking to refund the $30 because I didn't apply for them. They said, "Sure, no problem! It'll be in there in 10-15 business days." Today (5/4/12), I get a call saying I'm being sued over THIRTY DOLLARS because they are considering it stolen money. Are you serious? My boyfriend called back, bitched them out & they told him to shut up & f**k off. How lovely.

Harassing me at work and home.  Called 3x at work harassing me.  I asked them for a physical address so I could appear with my attorney.  Kept repeating the same scripted message threatening me to be sued and arrested at work. I asked for their license number to practice law and their business license on second call...kept repeating like a parrot. Claim they are a law firm on third call I hung up  on them and they called my house threatening me again.  These idiots never quit.  Shame they cannot be brought to justice and thrown into a nice comfy federal prison somewhere...maybe Joe Arpaio in AZ tent city jail inthe desert...at least they would feel at home.

i received a message from walker (horrible accent). didnt leave the name of company that he work for nor representing but stated, i should call or my attorney and if he didnt hear from us something would fall on me and God help me.  laughing out loud. he does not realize that his message is grounds for a law suit for harrassing.  i telephoned him back and his voice mail only has his name.

Attorney Travis Walker, called said my husband had committed fraud and stole money from a cash advance company and did not pay it back...they were filing a suit against him and he would be arrested Friday if not paid within 1 hour $945..had a man call and say he was with LAPD investigators and he was taking papers over to have my husband arrested because we refused to pay. Paid with money pak as instructed still do not know what cash advance company it was with, was suppose to email and fax papers with information on the company has not received anything.  our local sheriffs detective spoke with him and they got into heated argument and he hung up on the detective.    DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID....I HAVE HIRED A LAWYER TO FILE SUIT AGAINST HIM AND CONTACTED MONEY PAK TO HAVE THE CARD MONEY WAS TRANSFERRED TO FROZEN WAITING ON SUBPOENA.  THESE GUYS NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED...I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK BECAUSE OF IT.  MY BLOOD PRESSURE SHOT UP AND DR WAS WORRIED I WOULD HAVE ONE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUD PEOPLE STEALING OUR HARD EARN MONEY.  THE GUY HAD A FOREIGN ASCENT NOT AMERICAN....PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM GET YOU TOO....THEY ALSO HAD A  GUY FROM DOCUMENT DEPT CALLED TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD THE RIGHT FAX # HE CALLED FROM (510)214-8398 ...DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS...THE LAPD DETECTIVE WAS OFFICE BROOKS AND HE CALLED FROM 011-911.

Continiously getting calls from number being threated with legal actions saying need lawyer however caller that left message said name was robin somebody they call 4/5 times aday

they keep calling me at work and on my mobile leaving messages about some legal trouble that i am in involved with. when i call back, all i get is some ghetto sounding receptionist who sounds like she was up all night with a bottle of whiskey and 2 packs of cigarettes. i can't even understand the name of the company when she says it on the phone. she connects me to the guy who has been calling me all day and all i get is his voice mailbox. he sounds just as uneducated as she does. funny how you can immediately hear in their diction how they grew up in a low rent environment and probably dropped out of high school to get their GED.  i didn't bother leaving number or a message. after seeing what has been posted on this site, i know that this is some sort of scam. i called back and got the receptionist again who sounds more and more like Marge Simpson's 2 sisters and told her to remove me from their calling list and to stop calling me and threatening me with talk of some legal issue i am involved in. if this continues to happen, i will contact the Better Business Bureau and advise everyone to do so as well.

total scam, I reported them to the ic3 hopefully they take it seriously and put these guys in jail.

I got a call from the above # saying it was important that I call back immediately and/or suffer the consequences!!!   He listed his name as Troy.  I did not call back and I am in the process of calling my cell phone provider regarding this call.

Oh, almost forgot, at the end of two of the messages, the guy says, and may God help you. I kinda took that as a threat...who says that? May God help you? That sounds pretty agressive to me, I'm just saying. I'll post on here and say what my attorney says about it.

I just got called yesterday at work. I work for a public library, and the director got on the line and he harassed her too. He threatened to call the police and send them to my work. She told them to please do that. I told him since he obviously has my info, to send me the papers, to which he said that he couldn't send them to me since I am the criminal. I told him I don't have a criminal record, and if I'm being sued, they have to serve me for court. He left a message saying he's going to report this to the Social Security office and I will lose my social security number and my job. That's about the time I knew that he was on some B.S. You don't even lose your Social when you DIE. lol I'm calling my friend that is an attorney and see what she has to say. If they keep calling after you ask them to stop, I would contact my local police department. Their number is 213-261-6451 I got one saying the name was Consolidation Legal Services, and another saying they are called American Legal Services with the exact same number. I got called by what sounded like the same guy on the voicemails I've saved (I've saved and documented EVERYTHING) and one says his name is Troy Fleming, and the other says his name is Kevin Black. I would document everything and call the police department if you don't have access to an attorney. And let them know that you are doing just that. I'm angry that he keeps calling me at work...THAT is harassment for sure!

I keep getting this call today.  I can't explain how awful the scum suckers are.  They just don't quit.  They say that they are attorneys but in the background it sounds like people are screaming.  The guy is really hard to understand.  I just don't know what to do but I can't get them to quit calling me.  Ugh.  It's so frustrating when you try and try to do whats right and people take advantage of you.

They say that they will send an officer to your house to arrest you and throw you in jail.  They will also send a processor over to your house to serve you papers for court.  Such a scare tactic.  Just awful.

Yes I am getting the same thing its advanced loans and its all a scam. They are threatening to ruin my husband with his social security number .

I Just received this same call to my job. When I called the number back the person with a strong accent answered asking my name i said Christina then i asked What kind of company is this you cant even tell me what this is about? He got upset an said are you stupid? Do you have a brain? an hung up. i was worried until i seen this website. Thanks

They called my house as well looking for my husband left a msg stating there was a complaint against him and his social security number and that he needed to contact an attorney, i called back and he called me a f***ing b***h and hung up on me, i personally blocked the phone number. Anyone have any idea who this is??

I have been getting calls like this too and unfortunately fell for it one time.  My money went to a black hole - not to the loan I had.  I was told to report it to Homeland Security and Federal Trade Commission.  Our numbers and informaiton was obtained from an insecure website. Don't fall for it. I am calling back every day and asking for my $373 back and will continue to do so.

Bob, Just got the same call at work. blow it off. it is someone trying to get your info.  If they call back tell them that you have contacted your atty, and he wants you to record the conversation. See what they do, more than likely they will hang up  their number is 213-261-6451 repeat it back to them and again let them know your ATTY wants that as well so that he can call and start the harrassment suit against them if Federal Court...

I got this same call this from a Troy Fleming also with a weird almost mechanical sounding voice saying that I have received a complaint against my name and social security number and that they needed my attorney information so they can send papers that he needs to file in court today 4/10/12. Any suggestions as what to do. I don't have the means to get an attorney for this.

WELL WHAT HAPPENED I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS DUDE

This b*****ds called me that if I don't pay $800.00 right away that they will come in at my work to put me in jail.  The person on the other line was incoherent and with a Nigerian heavy accent.  These people should be executed and scamming Americans.  Why is the government letting this to happen and with so much regulation about everything and not doing anything about scams like this.  The phone number is a Majic jack number which you can't get any tracing.

I got the same phone call today.  I contacted my attorney and he's going to deal with it.  This is a major scam. Don't fall for it.

I told these b*****ds to kiss off I called them back and harrassed them because I am in the looney bin and they called me here. been here for the last ten years. have free acess to phone and called back one hundred and sixty two timews today. I am going to harrass theses lying azz b*****ds because they got me out of the libery in the crazy house to answer their call. No one on the boat with me lets keep calling them and harressing them until they learn to stop bugging us.
