The caller is playing an announcement that starts "This is Congresswoman Lois Capps?."  it has happened several times over recent months.

Got 2 calls from wireless # 213 280 3808 today.  No message. No idea who it is.

Called it back right after their "2 1/2 rings" and then they "hung up."  An automated voice says, "You have reached an invalid pager."

Called twice, left no message.  Called back to find voicemail full.

No answer, no message.

they have called me 8 times over the pass 3 days, never leave a message.

Numerous calls with no message...called TWICE today and probably called twice on the other days too.  ID said "cell phone CA" in all but a couple of the calls and the ones that didn't register as 'cell phone' on ID just displayed the number w/o the - between the area code, prefix, and last four.

Called no message left. I called the number back and the voice mail is full but says they are calling to discuss upcoming current events... Political call?

They keep calling. They leave messages, but its always a 2 second silent message.

I received a call from 213-280-3808. The caller said he was calling about the upcoming primary elections.

That is as far as he got. I hung up.

Then called the number and there was recording that said: "We called you to discuss current events. If this was inconvenient, we sincerely apologize."

According to my caller ID: this is a cell phone number.

Recording on my voicemail from L.A. City Controller Wendy Greuel in support of Luis Sanchez for LAUSD school board.  This may be a number used by a number of political campaigns.

Have called once a day for the last week, no message.  I answered today, but no response.  Annoying.

Called numerous times yesterday... left no message... i called back... said that this wireless customer has a voicemail that has not yet been set up.

I got called earlier today and it hung up. They called back an hour later and I had to say hello 3x. It turned out it was the organization ONE.
