who is this calling me

i got the same thing and they say they are calling for a pay day loan that i have never taken out

This is a scam.. they use different numbers.  but under no circumstance give them any info about you.  They get angry and hang up when you start asking questions.

yeh he called me saying the same thing saying that i took out a loan that i never took out.

hes going by "Officer: can't get the last name saying I'm being charged with embezlement and fraud for a payday loan. i have never taken a payday loan. hes giving me all my personal  information  so I have reported to the local police and the FBI. Do not answer any questions just tell them they are being recorded and they hang up .

The same thing is happening to us! They are saying that we will be arrested if we do not pay the fees owed... We NEVER got a pay day loan!! Did anything ever happen to anyone?

same thing... same number.. the name is douglas brown.. he called 3 months ago and said the i owed 300.00   them talked to my bank and said that i wanted verication.. hung up... so 3 months later.. it is now up to 2000.00... they are calling my work and everything.. so i had to call a lawyer

i also want to say that i would also be charged with 3 felony charges.. they would arrest me at my work place.. and revoke my drivers liscense...

i keep getting phone calls for this number claiming they are an officer and he has 3 charges to serve me with at my place of employment to arrest me

I got a harassment call and I notified my local police dept. They said it's a scam and if I hear of anyone else getting these kind of calls, to have them report it. Mr. J. Stewart said the police would come to my work place and arrest me and lock me up for 3 years because I didn't pay a 500.00 online loan. They need to get a life and not hurt others with their BS.............

i just got a call from patrick threting me about some other lady that i don't even know, I don't know who you think you are but don't ever call me again.
