I got calls but no messages from this # too.  My quess is if they're asking you to verify your personal information then they have perhaps your credit card # or bank account # or something that they will try to use in your name.  Beware!!!!!!  I believe it's phishing.

These people are just ignorant morons moving from one worthless job to the next.  They can't get a job any lower.  They have been calling my "junk" number for years looking for Derrel, Darrel, Darol?????  They have been told that there is no one here by that name, they just hang up and I bet do absolutely nothing to note they have the wrong number.  Senseless........  

Whats worse, for the people looking for Derrel...etc., the debt is too old for them to attempt to collect.

Source RM - very unprofessional. Asked me how what form of payment was I going to use to take care of this. I said nothing, that I needed to gather some paperwork and they hung up on me.

Got a call from this number at 8:40am on 6/13/13.  Was on the phone, didn't answer.  Seems that no message was left.

This guy calls and I can't understand a word he says cause he talks so fast, except he was connecting me with someone. I said-Hey, wait, who.....and I got one of those phone commercials and hung up.

Do what a collection company does - collect or attempt to collect debt. Tired of these f***ing monkeys calling and leaving a one number voice mail or not talking at all when you answer the phone. I want to thank you guys for posting this information about this phone call. I myself got a call today from a man with a broken accent asking for my name , then asking for me to hold on for someone to speak with . I knew at this point this call was going to be crazy, so I waited and this lady answered stating my name but then the phone was disconnected . Thanks for the post again . This call is out of Los Angeles , Ca . Be ware !

They called me too. This is a collection agency. Claims they are based in NY and are not a collection agency. They are an agency collecting on credit card debts from Chase-Washington Mutual. You will get a DICK who is nasty & strong-arms you: Ken Willard (which is an alias & not his real name)

I received a message from this phone number and a man with a very strong accent went by the name of Adam Johnson. (right......) said that I owe a debt from a credit card company of which is impossible because I pay all my bills on time. So when I asked when this debt occurred and he said he wasnt sure of the original date but then spoke over me saying how was I going to take care of it. I told him I wasnt paying for anything that did come to me in a formal letter and he said theyve sent letters already. So when I asked what address he answered "whatever address I gave for the original creditor"...so then I told them that I wasnt going to pay for anything, and he told me that I could plan on having the police come to my place of employment to arrest me. So then I asked the amount of the debt and he told me $304.00! Right....arrest me for $304?? I laughed at him and hung up.

Google 8667780624 as well to read A LOT more about this company.  They are debt collectors who use very shady means of collecting a debt.  They call daily and if you do call back you get a voicemail saying to leave a message.  They have called my parents and told them that I am being prosecuted for fraud.  They called the secretary of the president of the company I work for and left a message with a "case number".   Seriously google the 866 number before you call them back.  They have taken a lot of people for a ride...don't get caught up!

I just got this call on my cell number.  Saying they have "an important call for the social security of my name. I have not called yet, but I will.  I will write back once I call it to see what they tell me, boy AM I READY!!!!!

they keep on calling my phone and say they an important message associated with social security number and to respond to 1-866-778-0624 which i have not .i will now block that number from calling my phone

Has an important business message for the social security number associated with "Kirby Monroe" Calls every day for two weeks now.

The number belongs to a collection agency; I think the name of the agency is Evans & Associates from Glendale, CA.

i got a call right now didnt answer it .

I got the same call and I hung up.  Got on another phone and called the phone number back.  It said "Not accepting calls at this time"
This is a scam.  Beware.  They want you to press 9 so they can use your phone to place calls.

this number calls and leaves the same message but cuts off just b4 giving the social security number so it's just another scam but it is a bit more clever then most :) lol

I just got a call from this number, as well. Didn't answer; was googling it as it went to voicemail.

The same number just called my home stating...we have time sensitive information for the social security number...and it cut off.  Strange...

I got a call from this number too and it was a recorded message saying they have an important message for the social security number..., but it got cut off at that point and no number was mentioned.
