I have received and spoken to CMRE, they are trying to tell me I owe money of which the claimed company says I have a $0 balance. Be on top of what they are saying!

They keep on calling me and never leave a message. It seems to be CMRE who's been harrassing me for a med bill that I have REPEATEDLY PROVEN I'VE PAID. Anyone for a class action lawsuit????

I get these messages repeatedly for a "debt" I've repeatedly proven I've promptly paid. I'm informing them that such unlawfully collection of debts (and the accompanying use of US mails and wires) is also probably a racketeering violation (RICO) with triple damages and possible criminal issues.

I get calls from this Number almost everyday. They ask if this is xxx, press 1,I pressed 1 as instructed, but they hang on. If I don't answer the phone, it went to my voice mail, but never left messages.

Report them to the telephone company explaining that you have told them it is not you. They will pull their toll free number if they have one, but they will intervene.

The call 3 to 5 days a week and usually at least twice a day. It is always a recorded message saying that they need to speak to someone about "an important financial matter." Either that or they just hang up.

These are FDCPA,TCPA,FCRA Violations People look them up and be informed .
You can shut them down with Knowledge.
They are third Party Strangers and not a holder in Due Course which means they have no Valid Claim to the debt that was Discharged!!!

These people are calling for someone with my first name but different last name and I have told them that before but they refuse to listen. They assume that I am that person because when they call my voicemail kicks in and their recording clearly says if you are not the person that they mention to hang up. How the hell can you hang up if it is your voicemail answering. They have a wrong number and refuse to accept that!!! CMRE are a bunch of idiots!!!!

They listed it on my caller ID as Los Angeles District Attorney of all things. I have blocked all these numbers several times per day. I am broke, I have only enough money to pay for a roof over my head. Geesh what part of leave me alone does not a person understand. I even told them it was a wrong number. Guess will have to change my number again.
