Everyone's experience is the exact same with me. I agree with Laurie, I will be calling again and bothering him as well. This is nonsense and I can't believe that they can get away with this! Crazy!

I just received several calls from a man at the number 213-293-6077 who barely spoke English stating he was with some law firm and that I had taken out a $300.00 loan online and that there were complaints against me for not paying it back.  I NEVER took out such loan.  When I told him that he got nasty with me and called me a fraud and a cheat and hung up on me.  So, I  called back to try to get more information and he got nasty again annd called me names again and hung up.  This guy had all my personal information.... which is very scary.  He has messed with the wrong woman!!  I will be calling him again.

My experience with this company is the same as the rest. I will be reporting them!

I just recieved a call from Alex stating that I owed them $300.00 for a payday loan that I never took.I called them back and asked them to lose all my information or I would turn them over to the Trade Commision, they hung up on me.

this number has been calling me every few days for a few weeks and today "Jack Watson" finally leaves a message saying (in a heavy Indian accent) that I owe from a payday loan from July 2011 and the company has a lawsuit against me.  Riiiight.  He said his company had proof that they deposited into my account and I told him that I could prove they didn't and if they wanted to try to sue me I'd happily see him in court with all my banking records.  I mean seriously?  How easy is to call your bank and have them verify that a deposit wasn't made?  He ended the conversation abrubtly and hung up on me.  LoL then I go to lunch and have two missed calls fromn the number and another vm saying that he's calling from a lawyers office and if I don't retunr the call then all he could tell me was good luck!  I called back and told him that I had already spoke to him and that I told him I'd see him in court and why was he calling me again.  He apologized and said he'd inform his "coworkers" not to call me anymore.  Riiiiight lol.  Too dam much...

Just received a phone call from john smith telling me that I took out a payday loan thru cashnet usa and that they have filed a lawsuit against me in CA and a warrant has been issued for my arrest and a us marshall will be coming to my job to pick me up! ha ha ha..... I told him he was full of s*** and not to call my phone again and hung up. he called back about 8 times until I finally answered. He hung up so this time I called them back and another john smith answers the phone, I explained to him what the other guy said and told him that I had cashnet usa on the other line and they said they have no info on me! Then he says the other john was mistaken that it is another company. He threatened to call my employer so I dared him to call a military installation with their BS. I explained to him that I know he bought my SSN for $25 online and that I was recording the call and if anyone else named john smith calls my phone from this company I will be reporting them to the BBB, FBI, my state representative,and the local police department! His exact words were, "What a f****** B****!" before he hung up... Gotta love em

I had Alex keep calling my job and he cursed me. He said that he was some federal investigations department and a warrant was going to be issued for my arrest. He also kept calling my job after I told him not to. He called atleast 6 times back to back. I need the name of the company that he is calling from because I want them shut down. His english is horrible.

I got a call several times from this same number saying that I had took out a pay day loan and that

they called left a message with my co-worker and said tell her james brown called and to call his manager alex johnson I was dying when I heard that james brown come on he's dead let him rest in peace come on

its a scam-give them no info and just tell them you know its a scam and you have reported them to your local authorities and the FBI. They are idiots just trying to scam hard working folks out of their money. they need to get a real job!!

I have received calls from this guy going by the name of alex john and also said his name was kevin johnson and davidjohnson and yesterday the same person with the heavy thick indian accent said his name was james brown and to call his manager alex johnson. I say this is a scam I don't know how they got my information they said I applied for a loan and i never received a loan from anybody i don't even have direct deposit are these people serious I have 2 small kids to worry about and they over here scaring me talking about they are going to call the police on me and that they have a lawsuit against me I never received any papers stating that I had to go to court for nothing.;

For heaven's sake, don't give them any money.  Good lord, they've got your name on a list of suckers.  Of course he's a conman, and you fell for the con.  The number is in service, so contact a consumer attorney and see if you can file suit and get your money back.

I just got this call today as well and they blew up my phone for almost a hour. They told me that i had borrowed $300.00 from some cash advance company and had all my personal details as well. Obviously i had not borrowed any such money from any comapny at anytime. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to send a letter about the fradulenyt charges to my work and home, and i had to now get a lawyer to fight the case!!!!!! He also told me that he was with the American Law Association.

That's a good idea but they call from other numbers. It sucks that these people are getting away with what they're getting away with.

I've gotten 11 calls from these people from 10:30 this morning to about 2:15. I finally answered and the person said his name was Alex Johnson...yeah right. I told him that I didn't owe them anything, knew they're a scam and hung up. He called back from a different number that look familiar and said he wanted to f me and that he wanted me to do other things to him. He then started calling me a prostitute. I hung up and reported him to the local police. They can't really do anything about it because they're overseas.

This guy just called me claiming his name is Alex Johnson and is calling representing a cash advance company and that he has three counts of fraud against me and unfortunately  he  had my social security number and my other personal info but only had the last four digits of my bank account number.During the call he hung up on me so I called him back and nothing he was saying made any since.He then called me after the call ended and left a voice mail and told me that i BETTER Not disreguard it or else.This guy is definitely a fraud so pls do not release any of you personal info to anyone that calls you because they should already have everything in front of them.Someone really needs to tech this alex dumbass a lesson!!!

man these dudes are f****ng crazy they called me told me i owed them money and that they had three felony charges brought up on me when i asked how much was sent to my account john said three or four hundred so then i said which is it and with out pause he said 300 so i asked him why he just did not say that then he said he was not sure i told him that he know it was in front of him because u just spit it out. then when i asked for the date that this happened he told me dec 2010, i told him that my account was not opened till march of this year. he hung up on me so i called him back and they said there was nothing against my name. i started to get mad and raised my voice, he asked me not to. i told him this is how i talk and that this is a free country. he got real mad and said the hell with you and the country.

soooooo................. now i ask everyone who has had them call, to call them back and make up a name or tell them your name and say this Darrell Scott wanted me to call you and wish u luck with your buisness and to have a great day, then tell them that you will be contacting them 3 or 4 times daily at all hours

Well he called my place of work 37 times in a row in nine min posing as FBI with warrant for my arrest and fraud charges. He does not speak good English when asked to speak so someone who i can understand he comes back on again i filed a complaint with the FBI City police and Federal trade commission plus blocked his number from my work phone system.

Keep calling the John guy at all times of the day and nite , and just keep calling him , he will stop and move on , you would think our government would do something about this , but they won't , so call your local new , and tell them , so they get the word out , that way people will be aware of this and not get scammed , once John sees this on the news he will have to move on , so every one who has been contacted , please report it to fox news , or who ever is your local news , if we join together this way we can flush his guy out !:) try it !

He is a conman he is doing the same thing to my son , we have been to the police and they said to change our number that's all you can do ! So I have been calling him the John guy at 2am and bugging him , he doesn't like it , I did that for a month straight and he stopped calling !

Yes he really is something like that. He has been Calling me since January of 2011 and it is now September of 2011. He said his name is John williams and he is calling from a 646-499-6905 number. He told me I owed the same thing and that he was going to issue an arrest warrant. My thing is everything goes on your credit before it is sent to an investigation thing. Well I have pulled my credit report and nothing is on there about it. i didn't even know what a payday loan was until i ask this man. He has all my information. he will not stop calling so i tried to pay some of the money but my card will not let fraudlent charges go through he calls me and tells me to go a=nd buy a different card so he can run the transaction through. I hate these people. Report all this like i did to www.fbi.gov. I have reported it and waiting to see what he is going to do next. Do not send them any money what so ever.

I too am recieving calls AGAIN! This time it was from a James Cooper (Ha Ha) from American Law Division... very heavy accent..same ole, same ole..." I need you or your attorney of record to contact me as soon as you get this message.. don't disregard this call..blah blah blah! I am so sick of these people! I do not owe any cash advance places and this is getting very, very old!  Life is stressful enough without these lowlife bottom feeders calling innocent, hard working people relentlessly. GEEZ! LEAVE ME ALONE ALREADY!  What I don't understand is this... WHY..when they know you are on to them and you have no intention of paying them a dime... why don't they give up on you and move on? Do they think you are gonna get so tired of it that you will pay them anyway? It will be a cold day!

My husband kept receiving phone calls from a David Warner, Officer Jack Peterson, Jack Miller, Mike Anderson, All claiming that they worked for a Law Firm of some sort. And a federal warrant has been issued  for him then when we started asking all kinds of questions, they would hesitate or try to say something to get us angry, then finally they would hang up. Well we started to call the numbers back repeatedly , and we did so so many times until they asked us not to call back.  There are several numbers that they are calling from, also one of the numbers are 530-661-8518.

Almost word for word the same as Melissa's post. Not only calling my cell but also my work number scary thing is they have my SSN.  I do not intend to return this call or give them any information but the amount of info they appear to have on me alarming.

Call your local phone company and have their number blocked immediately. They said they were calling from us legal services,,,not us cash advance which I looked up the number in the better business bureau and filed a complaint.I also called them and asked them what state they are out of and they refused to give it to me. What a scam,,,I hope they will be stopped!
