They call my home phone ALL THE TIME! At first they said my mom had a loan taken out years ago (they gave us different years), and she never did. The man that called and said she was going to jail if she didn't attend court (the guy couldn't tell us what court and judge -- plus, the police can't arrest someone over a CIVIL matter).

He keeps on calling us, and today, more than 30 times in under ten minutes. He even told my mom to suck his (you know). Now it's just harassment and plain...vulgar. He called my dad and made a "hmmmm" noise. So it's harassment now, not some scam debt collector. Anyway, we're not answering the phone anymore and we're reporting him because it's just nasty. I don't even think he has a point to make anymore.

Received a call from this number from a 'Frederick Lou' from the Department of Law and Investigation stating that this matter was time sensitive,etc. Dude had an extremely thick middle eastern accent and you could tell he was reading from a script. REALLY?!?

Middle Eastern Accent, Had all private info. SSN Checking Etc. Someone somewhere has had their data base hacked. I would recommend changing account information asap.

Just do like I did and keep calling them back and just say ridiculous stuff to them. They harass you, do it back to them. They quit calling me after a week or two of this...

Keeps calling claiming to sue me. I have asked them to stop and I will see them in court. Just keep calling me. They say I owe them money. I don't.

cash advancement place...never have used on in my life......this is a scam......report it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This phone number has been calling me for months. I knew i did nothing of what they were saying. They told me they are sending cops to my house. I told them to stop calling because I know they are scams and I will get them for identity theft. They stopped calling for a while but they just resently started calling me again.

THE MAN NAMED 'SHAWN MARTIN' HAS AN ARABIC ACCENT; THEY CALL TO INTIMIDATE YOU TO MAKE YOU THINK YOU HAVE AN OUTSTANDING DEBT WITH A 3RD PARTY, AND THEN THEY THREATEN TO TURN YOU OVER TO SOME BS AGENCY IF YOU DON'T SETTLE WITH THEM BY SOMEHOW SENDING THEM MONEY. DON'T DO IT! THESE SORRY A-HOLES NEED TO BE FOUND AND STOPPED!!! REPOST THIS ON ANY AND ALL WEBSITES SO THAT OTHERS WHO MAY HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS CALL IS WISE TO THEIR SCAMS!

This number called me on the 30th. I called today and they provided me my case number saying I owed $300 to a loan cmpy . I tried to get more information and the first guy, thomas mazear got very rude & direct and hung up on me. Then he put his "supervisor" on the phone. He threating to sue me for $3000, called me a stupid bytch and hung up. He said they are "hardison law firm" but I goggled them and they don't exsist in los angeles, ca (thats the fake info they gave me)

I don't even know who this is calling me. I couldn't understand him due to his accent. I am not calling him back because it could be a scam. What do I do?

I recieved a call stating I am wanted for bank fraud and check fraud. I do not write checks. This number sounded like they were calling from a bathroom and did not speak hardly any English. There was a translator in the back round.

I am getting calls from this number.  When I did not pick up, my phone was ringing continuously.
I do not want to receive any more calls.

SCAM!!!!!!  Derek Johnson from Hudson Law Firm says a lawsuit has been filed against my #ss and they"re going to court "Monday "suing me for $1000 + for a Pay Day loan that i never took out!  (that was over a month ago) I told him to go ahead and sue me, then he called everyday to settle out of court. This guy has been calling me saying he is officer marcus and that i need to fax him a letter stating that i promise to pay such and such money per week. Uh, no!  I am reporting them to FBI and everyone else.  You need to stop calling me!

The same guy calls everyone, but always uses a different name, when he called me he used the name Brian Wright. He called me at work and finally I told him to stop calling and he hung up on me lol

Also, when I asked him to give me the number of the company with the "Complaint", his exact words were "They do not want to talk to you" if I did owe someone money, wouldnt they WANT to speak to me to get paid?

The man called me with a VERY thick accent and said that I took out a loan, and threatened me with court and said he is handling things now and to give him my bank card number to take care of the issue.....Does this guy really think I'm that stupid

Yes, they did this to me today 4 times.  My phone rang and it said Emergency Call 911.  They are theifs.

They keep bugging now they constantly changing numbers so watch out. They even use ur work number!! I called me work back saying u got a miss call and they said no..  These people are really sneaky so don't give them info.. Ignore them and report them.

I recieved a call from this number  he says his name is Alex Bell and not to dismiss this  There is action taking place on my sosial security number to return call  no answer  It in Calfornia

I received a phone call from this firm as well with an identical message as some of the other posters in this forum. I tried to call back but the VM is not for an actual company... Is this a legitimate company or is this some sort of scam?

calling me will not get them anywhere i know who they are and where they are and have reported them to the fbi.

People keep calling from 6am to late afternoon.. If u don't pick up they will call u from a different number and if that doesn't work they will call u block or unknown.. They even tried using a 911 number.. So watch out they are pretty sneaky.. But not smart!!!
